What is Developing Organizational
Leadership Capabilities ?
Developing Organizational Leadership
refers to any activity that enhances the quality
of leadership within an individual or
organization
Developing Organizational Leadership Capabilities Road Map
IHR Certification
•
Not mandatory to enrol – still engage and learn
from these two days
•
Pick which webcast to attend; access archives
for those you missed
How does the certification process work?
•
You have 18 months to obtain your credits, work experience
and pass the exam (from when you obtain and logged your
first certification credit)
–
You are required to complete 60 credits
–
You also need 60 hours of on the job training
–
Finally must receive 60% or higher on the exam in order to
become certified
•
Your credits are tracked in your HR.com profile
•
You will also be required to achieve 20 credits annually to
maintain your certification
•
$50 penalty if not written within this time
What to expect over the
course of the year
•
This year-long initiative will deliver the following:
–
4 Virtual Events (third event today)
–
A series of 16 webcasts (typically twice every
month) non event months
–
2 brand new pieces of research
•
This combination of virtual events and monthly
webcasts provides a total of 80 credits – so you
have ample opportunity to gain your 60 credits this
year.
What is the Co$t?
•
Although many courses and credits can be
obtained for free, each participant must pay a
one-time fee of $399 to enrol in the
certification program.
•
Once you have obtained and logged your first
certification credit you have 18 months to
write the final exam.
•
$50 penalty if not written within this time
