MỆNH ĐỀ QUAN HỆ
Mệnh đề quan hệ là một chủ đề khó nhưng lại thường xuyên xuất hiện trong bài thi TOEIC.
Nắm vững chủ điểm này đồng nghĩa với việc các bạn có thể tiếp cận dễ dàng hơn với các câu
hỏi dài và nhiều ý. Thông qua bài học hơm nay, các em sẽ có cái nhìn tổng hợp nhất để nhận
biết và sử dụng mệnh đề quan hệ một cách hữu ích nhất không chỉ trong bài thi TOEIC mà
còn trong giao tiếp hàng ngày nữa nhé.

A. KIẾN THỨC CẦN NHỚ
Mệnh đề quan hệ (Relative clauses) là mệnh đề phụ dùng để bổ nghĩa cho danh từ của
mệnh đề chính. Để nối mệnh đề quan hệ với mệnh đề chính, chúng ta sử dụng:
- Đại từ quan hệ: who, whom, which, that, whose
- Trạng từ quan hệ: when, where, why

Một tên gọi khác của mệnh đề quan hệ là “mệnh đề tính ngữ”. Bởi chức năng của nó giống
như chức năng của một tính từ trong câu vậy. Mệnh đề quan hệ thường đứng ngay sau
