Prozess purpose and
target:
Evaluation after our suppliers quality and environmental-
relevant criteria
flow/process documentation/competence
Basic only suppliers are accepted to the trunk, who are certified according to at least
ISO 9001. Concerning the environmental management either the proof of an
appropriate certifying (ISO 14000/EMAS/Responsible Care) is or at least a self
information necessary. If a supplier for a special raw material cannot show certifying
the quality management, then a self information is necessary over its system.
Each certified supplier is submitted once annually with the deadline 31,03 of an
evaluation. This global assessment of suppliers describes and documents all
parameters, which are in connection with the relationship with our suppliers from
relevance:

The execution and file of the report about suppliers takes place via the purchase, whereby if
necessary necessary data from the departments concerned are requested
Muss aufgrund dieser Auswertung eine Änderung der Einstufung durchgeführt
werden, wird dies dem Lieferanten spätestens bei der nächsten Bestellung bzw.
Anfrage mitgeteilt.
Evaluation guidelines
Quality of supplies
Each supply can carry 3 Stati:
2 = OK 1 = accepted with deviation 0 = rejected
The number of points is calculated: Total of the Stati / max. possible status * 35
Price
With each raw material the suppliers are arranged according to price. For a
supplier the average of the positions is then calculated. The terminator
point number is calculated out: 30 - 4 * average value
Reliability
Reliability it is calculated the average value for the deviation of the dates of
delivery from the agreed upon dates. From this average value the final
point number results from the table deposited in the EDP.
Environmental request
The basis of the supplier self evaluation the subjective evaluation takes
place with consideration of the following emphasis:
o the environmental relevance of the referred Produktes/DL
o the organization of environmental protection
o environmental protection

Performances the point assignment results as follows:
o 10 Points. Certified enterprise or dealer
o o 08 Points. Environmental management system including the
substantial items
05 Points Environmental policy, observance environmental-relevant
legislation

Customer service /Development
A subjective evaluation takes place, which represents a sum total from
o of the satisfaction with the care by the outside and indoor service,
o of the authority of the partners,
o of the innovativeness and frequency of the enterprise compared with
