1) monitoring scope, transfer and entry:

All in the tiger factory necessary tests and measuring instruments for the proof of
feature developments are periodically checked to guarantee the fulfilment of the
demands concerning correctness and accuracy. The selection for the available
application suitable test and measuring instrument takes place in the course of
the inspection planning via the it. With ambiguity concerning the suitability the
PMUe is advisory merged.
All new procured test-and measuring instruments must be presented before their use
with inspection report or certificate for the entry, acceptance checking and indication
with the PMUe. Mobile test and measuring instruments are not to be transported and
directly released for use to the designated places of assembly and locally of the
PMUe

2) indication:

Each test and measuring instrument is provided with an inspection device number.at
transfer by the PMUe. All invalid test- and measuring instruments are indicated by
the PMUe by a red check plaque and set out of operation. The responsible
department manager has to arrange a new acquisition or a repair of the closed
inspection device.

3) testing instructions:

All definitions and notes necessary for the examination (test standard, interval
between checks etc..) are taken from the respective testing instructions for test and
measuring instruments.
these testing instructions are updated by PME constantly, first construction phases
are executed by the concerning department.

4) handling and examination of the validity:
During the use, handling and monitoring of the test and measuring instruments the
accordingly necessary attention is to be applied. Each user must be trained
concerning handling and correct use of the respective test- and measuring
instruments as can be proven (in writing) by the responsible department
manager. The user has to convince himself of its validity before use test- and
measuring instruments and is responsible for the adherence to the approved use
space. The current inspection reports can be queried at any time via network. The
inspection device is to be checked at the latest for the date evident from the
inspection report. The user has to pay attention also that prescribed test intervals
(see inspection report) are kept.

5) return:
The test and measuring instruments of the user are to be transferred to the PMUe in

cleaned status immediately in case of:
- failure or damage
- absence of the inventory number
- modification of inspection devices.
(similar to point 1).

6) measures with statement of lack:
If lacks are determined with a test- and a measuring instrument, then this instrument
has be excluded from further use immediately this from the department concerned
by indication of a red check plaque and to inform the PMUe as soon as possible in
order to initiate the corrective measures designated for this case. In addition also the

barrier of all materials, which were judged with the defective inspective device,
belongs to this. (100% check of the closed materials and raw materials).

7) handling of repaired test- and measuring instruments:
All repaired- or being-repaired test- and measuring instruments are to be checked
before their re-use of the PMUe and have to be released if necessary. Not-Mobile
test- and measuring instruments are to be transported directly to the place of
assembly and locally be released by the PMUe to the re-use.
