1. Customer requests Topup transaction at Customer
Service Desk.
2. Staff receive cash and card from customer
3. Staff implements Topup service on BOS
4. BOS will add the exact money to customer account
and print a bill.
5. Staff deliver card and bill to customer
6. Customer can check card balance after that

Customer use card for payment
1. Customer buy goods or service
2. POS displays payment bill. Customer can choose
payment by cash or card
3. If card is chosen, customer touch card on reader
4. POS will deduct money from customer account and print
a bill.
5. Customer can check card balance after that

Card blocking / Card lost
1.


Customer requests card blocking / card lost at Customer Service
Desk (Form Filling if needed)
2. Staff search customer account on BOS by name, ID number, card
number,…
3. Staff implement card blocking on BOS. Card can not be used
anymore.
Card changing for lost card
1. Customer requests card changing at Customer Service Desk
(Form Filling if needed)
2. Staff implements Card changing on BOS
3. BOS will add the exact money to new card and print a bill.
4. Staff deliver new card and bill to customer
5. Customer can check card balance after that
6. DONE

Settlement for Merchants
End of period settlement (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
1. End of period, accounting staff print out Merchant’s
settlement report with detailed transactions
2. Merchant confirms and sign.
3. Money transferred for Merchant by cash or banking
transferring
