UNIPOXY PUTTY
(Two-component)
Unipoxy Putty is a two-componet, epoxy resin based type paint. It has excellent adhesion and
resistance to water, oil and impact. It also has a very little absorption property for a subsequent coat.

A filler for cracks of Construction Concrete, PC(Precasted Cement),

APPLICATION DETAILS
Substrates Preparation
Remove any oil and grease from surface to be coated.
Do not apply coating unless concrete has cured at least 28 days at 20 /68 and
below 80 % R.H or equivalent.
Preceding Coat
KOREPOX PRIMER/SEALER EP118 or according to specification.
Application condition
Do not apply when the temperture is less than 10 /50
, and relative humidity is
above 80%
The surface temperature should be at least 3 (37 ) above dew point to prevnet
condensation.
Mixing
Base(PTA) : Curing Agent(PTB) = 1.9 : 1 (by volume)

Combine together and mix thoroughly with high speed dissolver for 2~3 minutes
in the proportions as delivered.
Mix only amount which can be used in pot life.

Caution
Do not use thinner to avoid curing problem and surface property
Do not coat over than 500 to avoid delayed drying and crack
EC264(H) should be coated on EP118 to avoid peel-off problem depending on
moisture content of the concrete surface.
Remarks
Read product data sheet before use
Use sith adequate ventilation.
Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames
Protect skin and eyes, and avoid prolonged breathing of solvent vapors
Respiratory protection is recommended when applying this material in confined
spaces or stagnant air
Curing agent is very sensitive to humidity
Place in separate, closed
Clean tools thoroughly before an immediately after use
Keep containers closed when not in use
