A. Objectives : By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:

I/ Warm up:
* Pre – pictures: capable creation
- Prepare some photos or magazine cut
-out about common activities in the past
( maybe twenty or thirty years ago) and
at the present.
- Show them to Ss and let them group
the pictures into the past or the present.
- Ask for an examination of the
groupings.

II/ Newlesson.
* Pre- teaching.
- Teacher use different techniques to
teach vocabulary (situation, realia)
- Follow the seven steps of teaching
vocabulary
- Repeat in chorus and individually

* Set the scence: Ask Ss to look at the
title of the conversation and the picture.

- Ss work in small groups to come up
with as many past events and practices
in their area as possible.
4. Braistorming.
- Ask Ss look and read them.
- Work independently.
- Give groups a time limit about 5 minus
- Have them present the list they have
made to the class.
- Decide if these practices were specific
to their region or neighborhood or were
also practised elsewhere.

IV- Homework.
- Present about the different events in the
past and at the present.
-Write new words then learn them by
heart.
