Chapter One: Introduction 7Ps
1.1. Product:
The event was planned to create networking opportunities with students in Foreign Trade University.
This is a great opportunity for them to develop relationships and have a chance to have fun and
entertainment after a while.
After surveying students at the school in general, Van Thanh is the venue for the event. There are 2
reasons:
- The majority of students prefer indoor activities using up to 85% because they are afraid that
when the event takes place outdoors, the likelihood of them having problems with the weather is very
high. That way, they will interrupt the party, even cancel the party.
- The location in Van Thanh is quite close to the school (about 2.3km apart). During the event,
students can still easily find it.
Enough area to accommodate more than 500 people: Due to the limit on the number of students
consulted about 800 participants, we expect more than 500 people to participate.
Van Thanh has a diverse Western European cuisine, but most students want to enjoy fast food and
cold water because they wish that the fare may not be high so that they can still participate in this event.
Besides, they want to save time on eating and drinking so that they can participate in less activities while
attending the event.
1.2. Place
Van Thanh is one of the great places to hold a party. The distance between Foreign Trade University
and Van Thanh is about 2.3km, which helps students move to attend the event in a short time and. Van
Thanh is an ecotourism place, so it is the right choice to organize this place. Students can relax after a
period of stressful and stressful study. Airy space with beautiful views will allow students to relax and
enjoy. Moreover, the ticket price of this place is also free, so students only need to pay for the party ticket
and besides, there is no extra fee.
1.3. Price
This event is intended for students to attend but students do not have too much money to participate
in a large-scale party. Therefore, we should design this event as economically as possible while still
ensuring the quality of the event. During the event, the activities aimed at entertaining students are free,
and for the event, they can pay about 100,000. Therefore, we propose a maximum fare of 150,000. This is
an affordable fee for students to attend the party and is the budget to organize the party and enough
manpower to meet the student's needs. Alternatively, promotional prices can be used to attract students.
1.4. Promotion
In the era of technology development, we can use applications such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
... The reason for choosing this way to promote is because most people use social networks a lot,
3
4
especially students. . We can contact the media club, Foreign Trade University fan page to promote
widely. Besides, we use mini-games with hashtags to promote shares, interactions to stimulate people's
curiosity. Also, posts on remaining tickets, event countdowns, photos of the event, photos of new guests,
program content to engage people.
