PART 2: Self-reflection after finishing the course.
PART 3: Future plans after finishing the course.

PART 1:
THINGS LEARNED FROM THE SUBJECT

1. Work in group:
-

-

-

-

The things that I learn to take my ego down, except myself and members. When the
member doesn’t co-operate we have to strict them and forgive their mistake.
The oracle of the team always raises and empathy for each other, try to understand
also take responsibility. Teamwork is a big problem for everyone. I listen, take my
ego down, and appreciate all the members of the group.
Student - freshman aren't born knowing how to work well in a group. Teacher design
and management of group work on the project can do much to ensure that the lessons
student learns about working with others are the ones that serve them well the next
they work in groups.
The things I realized that you don't need good teamwork at the beginning so it can be
improved over time. All the members are one, take responsibility more conversation
to know the strength and weakness of individuals.
I remembered when I want to take the opportunity for Phương who is shy and
introverted do the presentation. Even though her house far from school, she still
comes on time and practices in two days. We met at the same coffee behind the
school to fixed the content, presented it over and over again. Then she feels more
confident and stands in front of the class with the maximum point. Until now, she can
present with her confidence, without using paper, and talk naturally.

2. How to become a good teacher:
-

-

-

First of all, be a professional at all times. Keep your teaching materials and classroom
organized. People want to listen to what they want. To become a teacher who makes
their student listen is professional at that expert. If the student curious about
something and we have to answer them immediately.
Second, dealing with classroom challengs. For example, if a student accidentally
disrupts a designated “quiet period” this can generally be corrected with a simple
verbal warning for a first offense. You can also ask the student to stay after class and
speak with you. This is one way to issue a consequence without disrupting your
classroom.
Third, the way you talk, the lecture plan must be well prepared. Students usually like
a honeyed voice than a high-pitched voice.
Fourth, a teacher is a person who inspired their student all the time. It is getting
changes a little bit because the children trust social media more from now. They don't
want to become a teacher ever more and begin to curious about those things they
learn from school. I am inspired by my teacher who taught me in grade 10. Even
though the student doesn't like her as much, I can see her energetic in every single
lesson from class. Finally, the biggest thing I learn from you. You are a great teacher
that I have to imitate.

3. How to presentation:
-

-

-

-

In the beginning, the presentation starts with a question, game and can give them a
gift if they answer correctly. This way can help the audience more attention to the
speech.
Second, the format of the presentation focuses on what is truly essential to the content
because you have to connect with the audience to take a lot of time of the speech.
Varying the speech at which you talk and control the tone to make your voice
attractive also holds your audience's attention. Limit the amount of a copy on each
slide, choose words carefully and rewite if presenter want to emphasize that part.
When you well prepare the content, your presentation will smooth, clear, and logical.
Third, non-verbal communication also postures that show how much confidence you
have, avoid crossed arms hands behind the back or in the pocket. Every action should
be nature move around or among the audience. Because I did not prepare the content,
I could not find the word immediately, and it started messy as show full the ideas in a
flexible way. Not everything is going to resonate with the audience, and during the
whole speech, the presenter has to contact with audience eye-to-eye.
In the short future, I hope I am going to have more opportunities to improve the
presentation skill since it necessary for me to become a teacher.

knowledge, public speaking skills, listening skills, problem-solving skills, classroom

the audience by looking at them asking questions, checking their memory.

5. Slideshow skills:
-

-

Simple in terms of content, few letters (3 lines and 6 rows), choose text size, text
color on a slide, insert images on slides.
Common mistakes when making presentation slides: too many letters, too small text
size, text styles that make it difficult to read, content that does not match the
presentation
Preparing presentations, practicing presentation skills
Practice group presentations, each based on the skills learned by the topic given by
the teacher, making comments for the presentation.

6. Get real-life work experience:
-

We are experienced by exploring real-life work by going to a language center, being
consulted by the course counselors to visit the classroom, view the schedule, how to
teach, reach students of teachers in the language center. After going to the experience,

we were reported on the overview, describing the feelings during the industry
experience trip.
Besides the knowledge and skills learned, but this course still has shortcomings:
 Difficulty in talking to people in different places, sometimes will not understand
what they are saying.
 Each person's level and personality are completely different, so it will be difficult
to work in groups, sometimes there will be different opinion streams.
 This course is just the foundation, soft skills necessary when presenting,
teamwork, classroom activities, the necessary things to become a good teacher
should not have much to do with the major.
Facilities and equipment when studying this course still have many limitations so it is
also a little difficult to absorb the basics when studying this course.

PART 2:
SELF-REFLECTION AFTER FINISHING THE COURSE
Reflecting on yourself is the action that I always do, finish the conversation, a lot to activities
that did in a day. We don't need to be perfect but need to improve every day. Through the study
process, professionalism in English is the first required, then presentation skill is the second as I
attempt to be changed every day. I learn a skill called MAKE DECISIONS AND SOLVES THE

PROBLEM, and he taught me about SWOT since I would tell you about "my SWOT" of this
subject.
The first keyword is S, and it means I have an inquisitive spirit. I always ask and want to know a
lot of things from different fields. I learn fast and study by myself. Reading is one of my
favorites, I also am a good listener who can heal students. Good observation is impactful toward
the teacher because you can know if the student does not focus on the lecture, talking, or

sleeping.
Weakness, the second keyword for me during the study process is shyness. The shyness like the
wall forbids me from active activities as well as raised my hand to speak out the ideas.
Having this subject in the first year helped me a great point to go in the right direction in the
future. Understand clearly what exactly the teacher can do. It may be not the best leader who can
be good in many fields but I have to be professional at my expert. The teacher has to the patient,
especially children.
The last keyword is T. The weakness also the treats, I have to change and more active in class.
The English Teacher needs to who has persistence and passion.
When I turn 18, who I am is a big question always stuck in my head. When I start to find myself,
and the pandemic came at the same time. I want to study for a lifelong and share all about things
that I learn with everyone. In my eyes, the young generation (GEN Z) live in peace, they enjoy
happiness, have so much free time as overthink in the negative direction. The environment made
me feel lost and fear to start again but I want to change their view. Some others told me that I just
wasted my time to find myself but at my point, that time was a hard time for me but deserved it.
When you live but you don't know what the purpose of life must be wasting your time. So we
have to move on and go with the flow. Every successful tell we find the passion, live with the
dream it takes time to listen yourself forgive to yours and heal the soul. Spending time alone
when you have free time is one of the hardest things if we reflect the ego and forgive every
person also yours. Little things can go a long way and give you a new perspective on activities
didn't even know you liked. Are those things that a teacher needs to do? Healing, reflection, true
story, and be well in an introduction to their student in the right direction.
Self-assessment is self-assessment, self-assessment, which is the stage to raise people's
consciousness. It is about people aiming at their perceptions, their attitudes, mating themselves
with external requirements... How you judge yourself depends on many factors such as
relationships with people around you, your own experiences of successes or failures in life.
To have the right perception of yourself, it is necessary to collect information about yourself
from the comments and reviews of others about yourself, thereby analyzing and synthesizing to
conclude yourself. The perception of oneself is to recognize our values in our relationship with
others. When each person knows his strengths and weaknesses will be a condition for success in

life.
To be able to evaluate me through what I have learned, I will evaluate myself through this course
as follows:

- For the first time when giving a presentation, he still lacks confidence, timidity, trembling in
front of the crowd does not make the crowd understand what is in the presentation in a group
presentation, despite very careful preparation.
- I'm not willing to talk to people I've never known before. Besides, to maintain relationships
between close friends, I often get easy when I have problems, even trying to stay away from
unnecessary conflicts.
- Help me have experience in the teamwork process, giving me confidence, sociable in the
teamwork process.
- There are limitations in teamwork, or disagreements, less interaction with others that they do
not want to interact with. When they make a point, an opinion, or a question, I candidly put my
views on a certain issue.
- My writing ability is weak because I've never written well. Even when receiving the topic and
writing it, the comment is written rampantly, not in the mind of the subject, written without
specific evidence for that argument, very sketchy, orderly arrangement of incorrect sentences.
- Vocabulary is still very limited: Sometimes teachers say, some words are very difficult,
sometimes specialized words that I have never heard, and oblige teachers to explain the meaning
of vocabulary.
- Grammar is not mastered: Sometimes I will use the structures that I am most confident in, and
the structures are very long, I only read at first but do not understand the nature of that structure.
This error I often make when I have small presentations, personal presentations, even when the
teacher asks questions about the distinction of two types of structures, in my head I think that
two structures have similar meanings.
No one is perfect. Sometimes everyone has unworthy defects. The most important thing is to be
aware of the possibilities and turn your shortcomings into advantages. Although there are many
shortcomings and limitations, to overcome the shortcomings, it takes a lot of effort and effort. I

need to fix the following points:
- Practice your presentation ability regularly to get used to public presentations .
- Be more open to people, interact more, give more opinions and opinions of yourself.
- Accept bad reviews about yourself, take those assessments as lessons learned, create motivation
to do better next time .
- Improve your vocabulary by learning vocabulary through online journalism, watching movies
with subtitles in English with easy-to-understand content, topics that make you feel most
interested .
- Review grammar, master the basic important knowledge of the structure in English when
necessary to be able to read well, write well, even support listening, speaking.

In the course of study, although I met many difficulties, I tried to complete the assigned tasks
well.
Difficult:
- In the learning process, because the vocabulary is small, when communicating with the teacher,
there is a little obstacle.
- Do not know how to arrange the time to study many subjects properly.
- The process of working in groups is a bit difficult, it is difficult to agree on a common opinion.
Advantage:
- The classmates are sociable, friendly and fun.
- The teacher was easy to understand, spoke quite slowly, and explained that I myself learned
many valuable lessons.
- There are many opportunities to express yourself.
- Improved translation capabilities.
- More confidence when walking in front of class.

PART 3:
FUTURE PLANS AFTER FINISHING THE COURSE

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom”, Aristotle said. Aristotle is a great teacher
that I admire and follow his point of view of teaching. The mission in my whole life as a teacher
becomes.
There is only me in the world and isn't try to be anyone else. I don't judge ourselves on parts that
the others can't even see. During college, I would have periods when I focus on myself,
experience with many jobs. I am now the new staff in Foreign Languages Departments, a
counselor at EDUTALK English Languages center, and studying IELTS. Everything starts in the
early stage (2 days) since this essay will make many mistakes. In my vision, to get a high score
(6.5) to become a tutor in the second year. Absolutely, I want to become a teacher in the third
year to teach English for Kids. When I become a senior, my dream continued to study not just
because of becoming a Master. Doing scientific research projects about English is a great thing
for me.
Talking about my journal, I'm so obsessed with Tibet and research about Buddhism. The
scholarship in Master is the main aim also the reason why I go to university. Taking part in the
club, the project at school, and do a lot of activities in the association is the condition for my
profile.
Each person will have their future plans. However, in the future, it will not be known, for sure.
Planned future plans will depend on whether we act on planned plans or not. Without a plan, not
even a general plan, you just hang around without making any progress toward your goals and
advancement in your career. So making sure to track your personal goals through planning will
help you clarify your goals, strategize, and stay on track. I like teaching English because I want
the knowledge and experience that I learn to impart to students. After this course my plans will
work:
- Acquire skills and knowledge that you have learned from the first year, study foundation
subjects well so that in the following years, there are higher requirements, higher requirements,
and focus on learning specialized subjects to apply. into reality. Thanks to the relationships I've
built before, I'll be able to develop my abilities, right.
- Plan to study carefully by spending a certain amount of time updating English vocabulary,
practicing writing skills, practicing listening to English through radio channels, watching movies
in English. subtitles, improve your English, for high cumulative scores and no failures.

- Join extracurricular activities, English clubs, practical experience trips. Even without having to
join English clubs, I can meet native people in district 1, district 3 like parks, on the street, on the
sidewalk, asking them to help me. Communicating and editing sentences to make speaking more
natural. Thereby being able to learn more about future work, practice, and develop their ability to
communicate and use foreign languages.

Along with that are other soft skills such as teamwork, leadership skills, social relationships,
connecting with friends, participating in computer classes, learning other languages, and fun
activities. play and play to reduce stress and pressure after a very tiring study period.
- In addition to a career as a teacher, tutor, I can also have other options in the future that are not
related to the major I study such as marketing, external economics, banking, tourism. calendar,
admissions department, or jobs that use English, get a job with enough salary to cover your life.
- Applying skills of taking notes effectively, recording the main contents of lessons, reading
skills, collecting and processing information effectively.
