Have you ever traveled in our country or abroad? 3. Have you ever dreamed of a trip to space? 4. What do you think about traveling to space? 5. Does a space take a lot of money? 2. Pre - reading (10’) + Activity 1: - Have Ss look at the picture page 86/87 - Have Ss answer some questions 1. What is it? 2. What can you see from the ship? 3. Where is it? 4. Who is he? 5. Where’s he from? + Activity 2: - Introduce some new words 1. push-up (v): hít đất 2. orbit (n): quỹ đạo 3. physical condition (n): tình trạng 4. marvelous (adj): tuyệt diệu, kì diệu 5. totally (adv): hoàn toàn - Have Ss practice the new words 3. While - reading (15’) + Activity 1: - Have Ss listen to the text 2 times - Have Ss read the text. Students’ activities - Listen and answer the questions. - Look at the picture and find out the answers. - Guess the meaning. - Work in individually - Practice the new words. - Listen to the text - Read the text.
