<b>V. Những giải pháp chủ yếu: </b>
Thật khó tin khi mà trong thời đại hội nhập tồn cầu, vẫn cịn những học sinh coi mơn tiếng Anh là “môn
phụ” và học theo kiểu đối phó. Cho đến khi lên lên đại học, ra làm việc, họ mới biết nhận ra vấn đề, nhng
điều đó đã q mn.Hiện nay, mơn tiếng Anh đã đợc đa vào dạy ở bậc phổ thông, từ THCS đến THPT, một
số nơi đã đa vào chơng trình bậc Tiểu học. Và Môn Ngoại ngữ là một môn thi tốt nghiệp bắt buộc hàng
năm. Tuy nhiên, một thực tế là chất lợng day học môn Ngoai ngữ trong nhà trờng còn rất thấp cha đáp ứng
đợc yêu cầu của thực tiễn phát triển kinh tế-xã hội trong thời kì hội nhập. Vì vậy để góp phần nâng cao chất
<b>1. Đối với giáo viên:</b>
-Trc ht phải nghiên cứu chơng trình soạn giảng chu đáo, bởi chơng trình là pháp lệnh.
-Dạy học phải bám sát chuẩn kiến thức, chuẩn kĩ năng, trong quá trình dạy phải phân phân hóa đối tợng học
sinh để có biện pháp giảng dạy thích hợp.
-Trong q trình giảng dạy phải biết kết hợp nhuần nhuyễn 4 kỹ năng trong 1 Unit, phải tạo điều kiện cho
học sinh hoạt động tích cực, tự khám phá tìm tịi, phát hiện cái mới, hớng dẫn cách em phơng pháp tự học ,
hớng dẫn học sinh cách học từ mới, cách học ngữ pháp, cách học phát âm làm cho dễ nhớ và nhớ lâu và
cách tự học bài ở nhà ,luôn tạo không khí học tập thân thiện để đem lại kết quả cao trong học tập.
-Luôn kiểm tra vở ghi, vở bài tập thừong xuyên. Kiểm tra chấm chữa kịp thời, chính xác và khách quan.
-Ln quan tâm đến từng đối tợng học sinh .
-Thờng xuyên trò chuyện với học sinh về bộ môn tiếng Anh, về đất nớc con ngời Anh, về những điều mới
mẻ, thú vị để giúp các em ngày cáng có ý thức, hứng thú với mụn hc.
-Luôn cải tiến phơng pháp giảng dạy, kết hợp linh hoạt các thủ thuật vừa đem lại hiệu quả cho tiết dạy lại
gây hứng thú cho học sinh,
-Tng cng củng cố ngữ pháp cho học sinh qua các tiết tự chọn hay giờ phụ đạo.
-Cuèi cïng lµ Giáo viên tăng cường việc tự bồi dưỡng nâng cao trình chuyên môn áp ng yêu cầu giảng
dạy theo Đề ¸n dạy học ngoại ngữ trong h thng giáo dc quc dân giai on 2010-2020 cung nh chun ngh
nghip giáo viên Ting Anh trng THCS v THPT.
<b>2. §èi víi häc sinh.</b>
- Để học mơn tiếng Anh có chất lợng và hiệu quả trớc hết phải có đầy đủ sách vở, SGK,SBT, vởghi ,vở
BT, vở nháp và sách tham khảo, băng, đĩa, đài catset
- Phải làm bài tập đầy đủ, chuẩn bị bài củ, bài mới đầy đủ và chu đáo trớc khi đến lớp
- Trong giờ học phải tập trung chú ý vào bài giảng, hăng say xây dựng phát biểu ý kiến.
- Luôn tự giác học hỏi, rèn luyện khả năng giao tiếp với bạn bè.
- Sư dơng tiÕng Anh ë mäi lóc mäi n¬i.
- Tích cực tự học tập, hoạt động cặp và nhóm.
- Thêng xuyên trau dồi Tiếng Anh bằng cách nghe các chơng trình ở TV,tích cực học thêm ở nhà
Tham gia học các phần mềm học tiếng Anh hay Internet để học online
<b>3. §èi víi cha mĐ häc sinh.</b>
- Quan tâm đến con em, tạo mọi điều kiện cho các em có thời gian để học.
- Chuẩn bị cho con em đầy đủ dụng cụ, sách vở học tập,sách tham khảo ,băng đài cát set để các em
luyện nghe thêm ở nhà …
- Theo dâi, nh¾c nhë quản lý con em việc học ở nhà .
<b>4. Sự chỉ đạo chuyên mơn nhà trường.</b>
-Có kế hoạch chỉ đạo nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sinh hoạt tổ chuyên môn .lắng nghe tâm tư nguyện vọng
của Gv tạo kiều kiện cho giáo viên Tiếng anh được sinh hoạt theo tổ chuyên mơn có chiều sâu
- Tăng nguồn kinh phí đầu tư trang thiết bị ,tạo mọi điều kiện về cơ sở vật chất ,đồ dùng dạy học cho bộ
-Phân công chun mơn ,thời khóa biểu hợp lý.
-Tun trun tạo sự chuyển biến về nhận thức, tư tưởng của phụ huynh và học sinh, thực sự coi trọng và cố gắng
học tập môn ngoại ngữ.
