• AIMS:
By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
- distinguish the sound /t/ and /d/.
- pronounce the words and sentences containing these sounds correctly.
- Use the third conditional sentence appropriately.
- Feel more confident in pronouncing the words and the sentences containing
the sounds /t/ and /d/ and in using the third conditional sentence.

1. WARM- UP:
- Let Ss play the game: “ clap the board”
- Divide the class into 2 teams. Each team
chooses a representative to take part in the

- Write some words on the blackboard ( the
words contain the sounds /t/ and /d/).

- Declare the winner.

2. PRE- PRACTICE:
Pronouncing the two sounds separately /t/,/d/.
