I/ĐẶC ĐIỂM TÌNH HÌNH LỚP DẠY:
1. Thuận lợi:
_ Học sinh rất hứng thú với việc học môn tiếng Anh.
_ Nhiều học sinh có ý thức học tập.
_ Đội ngũ giáo viên giảng dạy nhiệt tình có kinh nghiệm giảng dạy.
_ Được sự chú ý quan tâm của nhà trường nhằm nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy của bộ mơn này.
2. Khó khăn:
_Các em chưa có phương pháp nào để học mơn này cho tốt.
_Chương trình cịn nặng so với trình độ của học sinh.
_Cơ sở vật chất còn thiếu thốn, đồ dung dạy học còn sơ sài.

III/ BIỆN PHÁP NÂNG CAO CHẤT LƯỢNG:
1. Đối với nhà trường:
Thường xuyên phối hợp với phụ huynh học sinh trong việc giáo dục rèn luyện đạo đức và ý thức chấp hành kỷ luật trong nhà trường
giúp các em xác định đúng hơn trong học tập.
2. Đối với phụ huynh:
Thường xuyên quan tâm về quá trình học tập cũng như ý thức chấp hành kỷ luật của con em mình.
Tạo điều kiện mua đồ dùng học tập cho con em mình.
3. Đối với giáo viên:
Sử dụng triệt dể thiết bị dạy học, tạo sân chơi để các em u thích bộ mơn này, khuyến khích các em học tập.
Không ngừng nâng cao tay nghề, có sự học hỏi ở đồng nghiệp, nhiệt tình giảng dạy cho học sinh.
