On the one hand, many people argue
that parents should not let their

Firstly, excessive exposure to screens

On the other hand, rhythms and

another language through music and
animation at an early age, they are
allowed to develop the natural ability
to hear and distinguish the sounds of
other languages and the capacity to
make sense of what they are hearing.
In conclusion, the effects of watching

are both negative and positive, which

friend’s circumstance by speaking
directly to him or her.

Secondly, always protect your online

passwords, and especially online
banking OTP codes. Take bank frauds
in Vietnam recently as an example,
scammers usually pretend to be a
Vietnamese-American citizen using a
US telephone area code and banking
account, and then they will send
victims a western union link. Once
the victim click on the link and fill in
some information, they lose all their
money within 30 seconds. The thing
is that victims are not likely to
recover the money lost in such
scams.
After all, if one believes he or she is a
victim of an Internet scam, end all
communication
with
scammers.
Please do not attempt to personally
recover the fund lost. Instead,
contact the appropriate authorities to
resolve the matter.

3. What are some ways to control the increasing number of drug
addicts in Vietnam?
One very important topic in
any conversation about drug
addiction is anything can be
done to control the roaring
number of addicts. The three
main factors below can
contribute.
Let’s start off by talking about
the role of the Government
who tries to solve the problem
by making it illegal. In other
words, they are attempting to
limit the availability of drugs,
which is a form of prevention.
The Government also enforce
methods of punishment. The
idea here is that people don’t
wanna be punished so they
are not gonna use and addict.

Another ways schools have
used is through a number of
preventive programs which
are both taught by teachers
and talked by guest speakers,
including police officers and
ex-prisoners. The contents
tend to focus on two main
things: factual information and
self-control enhancement.
While the former is usually
followed by SE stories of what
happens to addicts, the latter
typically include training
sessions which aim at
boosting students’ self-control
with the goal of helping them
resist peer pressure which
leads them to try drugs later
on.
Equally important, families
can join hands by ensuring (i)
family members have close

On the one hand, wearing makeup and dress
smartly can make a women feel fun and creative.
Definitely, this does not mean one is prettier with

makeup layers and uglier without them. A base of
foundation, a coat of highlight power, a regular
makeup look and chic outfit, all are fine if it make
one’s day. Moreover, for those who wanna be a
makeup artist in the future, this would give an
advantage of practice and fun. In other words,
dressing up is an artistic way to express oneself.
On the other hand, I would argue that it goes
against all values of a free and fair society to force
all women to do something against their will. In
most cases that women must wear makeup to
work, the pressures directly comes from
managers, supervisors, and customers. In my
opinion, there is nothing inherently sloppy with an
unmade-face. And the fact that women are told
they look messy or ill just because they dont apply

society has absorbed the idea that women should

similarly obliged to cover their dark cirkles under
eyes or flush out their cheeks.
In conclusion, dress codes are are somehow

should feel free rather than be pressured into it as

5. More and more families hire part-time maids. What are the
causes of this trend?
I belive the three main causes - Intro:
below are attributed to the + 3 main causes
+ are attributed to
emergence of the trend.
+ the emergence of the trend

Firstly, many people these days
lack necessary skills to cook and
clean for themselves. People tend
to blame a person’s dependence
on maides for their laziness, being
spoiled or pampered. However, this
is not the only cause. While singles
and couples without children can
eat out every day, when children
enter the picture, it is necessary to
employ a maid not only for
childcare but to have someone

cook for the whole family. Besides,
many young millennials have been
grown up being fed with maids,
and thus never had a parent or
grandparent to show them ropes in
the kitchen. And the cycle repeat
itself.
Secondly, people are spending
more time at work. Surely, some
people still get to leave at 6pm, but
it’s common to work over time until
midnight or take work home and
continue after the kids have gone
to bed. For those who work longer
hours, that leaves little time to

Thirdly, many people rely on maids
to take care of their elderly
parents. These people do not put

their parents in old age homes, yet
are unable to afford the high cost
of eldercare specialists and nursed
to help out at home. As a result,
hiring part-time maids, cheaper
compared with full-time ones, is
the

Moreover, the moral society has
always maintained that elderly
parents should be looked after by
their children, but maybe it’s time
to start asking whether it is a
realistic demand given the high
cost of proper care and longer
working hours.
