world. The main secret lies in their food. The Japanese eat a lot of tofu, which is made from soybeans.

doesn’t provide many calories. Seafood and vegetables play an important role in their diet, too. They


cook the seafood with less cooking oil and less time. For each meal, they have more dishes on the table
than us but they eat only a little of everything, never stuffing themselves.

<b>2- My name’s Hoang. Today I’ll tell you some about my city. People in my city love good food and they often</b>

with a bowl of Pho or some sticky rice before going to work. Lunch often starts at about 11.30, and most of them have
lunch at home. Dinner often starts at about 8.00 in the evening. It is the main meal of the day. People often have rice

It is light and full of fresh vegetables. It’s healthy and very tasty, too.
