OBJECTIVES: Students can talk about the seasons, the weather and what people often do during the seasons. II. CONTENT: 1- Language material: A/ Structures: Present simple - It’s hot in summer - I like hot weather - What’s the weather like (in the summer)? - What do you do when it’s hot? B/ Vocabulary: seasons fall cool weather summer warm spring winter 2- Language skills: Listening – speaking – reading - writing 3- Teaching method: Communicative approach 4- Teaching aids: Pictures, cassette, charts 5- Teaching steps: Procedures A.1 Listen and repeat. Teacher - Tells students to sing a song - Introduces the topic “weather”. Students  Sing a song.  Reviews the adjectives hot,  Review the adjectives and cold, warm, cool. notes.  Introduces the seasons:  Listen to Spring, summer, fall and winter introduction. (use pictures).  Lets students listen to the cassette and repeat.. the. teacher’s.  Listen to the cassette and repeat the new words.  Gives more explanation if  Practice in pairs, ask and necessary.
