 1st Period: Reading

I. Objectives

To help Ss read for specific information about school education system in
England.

To introduce some new words relating to the topic.
II. Materials

Real objects, pictures, English textbook 12.
III. Anticipated problems

Ss may need to be provided vocabulary related to school education system so 
that they can complete various learning tasks.

1 Warm up: Jumbled words

- Writes the words whose letter are in a
random order on the board.

- Devide the class into two teams. Ss
from two teams go to the board and
write the correct words.

- The team which writes correct words
first will be the winner.

Lets Ss guess the phrase of words
above.

II. MATERIALS

Pictures, English textbook 12
III. Anticipated problems

Ss may not have enough vocabulary to talk about the topic, so T should be
ready to provide help.

ready to assist them.

should be ready to help them.

end of Mayor beginning of June. The

To help the students to get some rules of the stress in three syllabe words
To help the students to use Passive voice.

Ss might have difficulty using thePassive voice. Therefore, T should be ready to
