“This is the dialogue between Liz
and Clerk. Liz wants to send the
letter to her friend in USA.”

structures and vocabulary.
- Ask students to listen the first
time and guess the Vietnamese
meaning of the dialogue.

- Ask students to listen and
repeat the dialogue.
- Let students practice the
dialouge in pairs, change the
roles.
- Let them read the dialogue
silently.
