<b>I. Objectives: By the end of this lesson Ss will be able to practise listening</b>
and writing about classroom instructions.

- Vocabs : stand, sit, come, open, close, quiet.


- Sentence patterns: Stand up/ Sit down. Close/ Open your book.
<b>III. Resources: CD, cassette.</b>


IV. Teaching procedure:

<b>1. Warm up (4’):</b>


- Have ss play game: mime and gues.
<b>2. New lesson (30’):</b>


<b>Activity 1: Listen and tick </b>
- Tell ss the goal of activity.



- Ask ss look at the pictures and identify the instructions.
- Play CD three times for ss listen and do the task.


- Get ss to swap their answers with a partner.
- Call some ss to say their answers.


- T comments.


- Play the CD again for ss to check the answers.
- Answer: 1.a, 2.c, 3.c


<b> Activity 2: Look and write </b>


- Tell ss that they are going to look at the pictures and
complete the sentences.


- Have ss look at the pictures and read the text in silence.
- Check their comprehension.


- Have ss do the task .


- Get ss check the answer with a partner.


- Call some ss go to board and write their answers.


- T checks then write the correct answers on the board for ss to
copy down into their notebook.


- Have ss read aloud the sentences.
<b>Activity 3: Let's play</b>



- Tell ss that they are going to play game: Simon Says ….
- Guide ss how to play.


- Have ss repeat the instructions once.
