SUMMARY OF NEW CONSTRIBUTIONS OF DISSERTATION
1. Analyzed and proposed characteristics of conflict in project management, proposed the
role of abstract player who represent the benefit of entire project, in both case: having
project owner in the conflict, and having not project owner in the conflict
2. Proposed Unified Game-based model based on Game theory and Nash Equilibrium in
modeling the conflicts in project management
3. Applying in 4 common conflicts in Information Technology Investment Management
named: conflict in project payment schedule, conflict in risk responses, conflict in
multi-round procurement, conflict in resource balancing
4. Model experiment with multi-objective evolutionary algorithms included NSGA-II, εMOEA, GDE3, PESA2, ε-NSGA-II, SMPSO. The results show us that Unified Gamebased model is usable, completeness, diversity in describe data and characteristic of
conflict in various fields of project management
5. Proved that the Nash Equilibrium found by search for the convergence of the
algorithms, and the Nash Equilibrium point is the best solution for resolving the
conflict.
