The function of each part:
 General Manager:
• The person with the highest hotel management function, covering the
entire operation of the hotel, in coordination with the operation of the
deputy general manager to oversee the work plan and the corresponding
rules of rules around Business management goals are on the rise.

Deputy General Manager: The Deputy General Director assists the general

human resource management of the hotel. Regularly supervise, urge and direct the
departments to complete the assigned work. When the general manager is absent,
it is they who assume the responsibility of the head of a hotel. Coordinating hotel
operations, liaising with outside industries on behalf of the hotel, state agencies
handling administrative issues to ensure the normal operation of the hotel, duties
and business indicators International hotel is completed with high quality.
Resort Manager: directly managing the daily activities of the departments
directly and indirectly serving tourists such as receptionists, accommodations,
restaurants, food processing, entertainment services, spa services, accounting,
Sales and marketing, human resources, ... The scope of work and the specific tasks
of the day, week and month of the hotel vary in size, grade and nature.
Director of Human Resources:
Recruitment, research and analysis of employee positions.
Expected management of personnel, quality management and personnel.

Director of Sales & Marketing:

Planning promotions, promotions for hotel services, and implementing
promotions.

Serving guests daily meals and large and small parties in the hotel.
Organizing, arranging, decorating the dining room neatly.
Ensure hygiene and safety in the work area.
Make daily reports.
Director of Guest Service:
Arrange travel for guests.
Service of sending goods abroad
Provide car rental services.
Director of Club lounge:
Find out the needs and design appropriate programs.
Organize parties, festivals, games upon request.
Add value to the hotel, create more choices for hotel guests
Executive Housekeeper:
Take care of hygiene, aesthetics, decoration in public areas in the hotel such as
lobby, hallway, ceiling, stairs,…
Take care of ornamental plants in the hotel to create a cool, lively space in the
hotel.
Director of SPA:
Inventory, make reports on the use of raw materials, pharmaceuticals and related

products.
Answer other questions of customers during their time at Spa.
Supervising employees' attitudes and practices with customers.
Chief Security:
Ensure the safety of guests, hotel properties and guests, responsible for security in
the hotel.
