The typical American characteristics
b. America is a large country with people from different backgrounds and races so it is difficult to talk about the typical
American. However, it is believed that there are some characteristics shared by most Americans.

founding fathers, who were very strong individuals. Americans value and freedom and do not like to be dependent on other
people.
