New hydraulic hose connectors of
O-ring face seal type are utilized.
Since they are sealed with O-
rings, they prevent oil leakage
better than the conventional
connectors of taper seal type.
FFOR (Flat Face O- Ring) system
is ISO compliant for high pressure
FFOR Class B selected by design
team to best retain o-rings at assy.

LONG LIFE HOSES
Improvement of hydraulic hoses between machine body and
work equipment
The length of the hoses which need to be replaced periodically is
reduced by half to reduce the R&M cost.
In addition, the hoses are less bent at their adapters to increase
their durability.
