This robot is made by Kawada Industries. It’s as tall as a 1.5m person.
Its weight is 58kg. It can work in human environments and use human
tools. It can walk, go up and down, as smoothly as a human.
ASIMO
ASIMO stands for Advanced Steps in Innovative Mobility. It’s 1.2m high. It can walk,
run, turn corners, recognise hand gestures, carry objects, dance and climb up and down
stairs. It may be the most advanced humanoid robot in the world produced by Honda.
QRIO
QRIO is a product of Sony. It’s 61cm high. It can live with you, make life
fun and make you happy. The robot can walk, talk, run, dance, recognise
voices and faces, play ball games and surf the web.
