This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets for the terms and understanding
between the Party A - (...) and Party B - (...) in order to facilitate the cooperation between both
Party; and to note down the agreement as follows:
I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this MOU is to clearly identify the role and responsibilities of each Party as they
relate to fostering collaboration between ... and ... and encourage positive relationships
between ... and ....
In particular, the above goals will be accomplished by undertaking the following activities:

1. Connect with ... in organizing tours and providing services for travelers from ... to ....
2. Support ... to organize and provide services and promote the educational program that is
suitable for targeted market of both ... and ....
3. Be a link between ... organization and ... in related areas.
III. [PARTY B] ... RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THIS MOU
... shall undertake the following activities:
1. Connect with ... in organizing tours and providing services for travelers from ... to ....
2. Support ... to organize and provide services and promote the educational program that is
suitable for targeted market of both ... and ....
3. Be a link between ... organization and ... in related areas.
IV. DURATION
This MOU is at-will and may be modified by mutual consent of authorized officials from ...
and .... This MOU shall become effective upon signature by the authorized officials from both
Parties; and will remain in effect until modified or terminated by any one of the partners by
mutual consent.
V. OTHER TERMS
If any disputes arise, both Parties shall need to inform the other party and shall endeavor to settle
all disputes through negotiations (must be made in writing all the results).
VI. EFFECTIVE DATE AND SIGNATURE
This MOU shall be effective upon the signature of Parties A and B authorized officials. It shall
be in force 01 (one) year from signing date.
This MOU is made in Two (02) copies of which each party shall keep one (01) copies with equal
value.
