Cooke, N.J. Varieties of Knowledge Elicitation Techniques
Cooke describes three families of knowledge elicitation techniques: observations and
interviews, process tracing, conceptual techniques.
1. Briefly describe the techniques she includes in each family.
2. Briefly discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each family of techniques,
and when each is appropriately used.
