TOPIC: Mothers are the best friends?
Good morning everybody, my name is Nguyen, full name Pham Duy
Nguyen. I’m 10 years old. I’m a student at Pham Hong Thai primary school,
Nam Dinh city. Today, I’m very proud to be here, coming to the English
speaking contest, I hope to get your support.
Some people say “Mothers are the best teachers”. I agree that because of the
following reasons:
First of all, I would like to say that mothers are our first teachers. They with
great patience pass down the essential knowledge that we need in order to join
“the real world”. Mothers are the first people who must warn their children
about the danger of drugs and cigarettes. In the mordern world mothers must
talk with their children about everything bacause it can save their life and make
them happier. So children’s first wish is to be like their mother.
I still remember when I was six years old, I attended the first grade of
primary school and I like to play with the numbers. My mother have told me
that I could have special interest in mathematics. Untill now, I have always been
good at mathematics and get good marks.
Moreover, as we all know that our school teachers usually share their time
for a lot of students to teach them mathematics, literature, foreign languge and
so on. But mothers can spend all of their lives to teach their children. All of the
mothers want their children to grow up in the best way and become succesful
persons in the future. Although they are so busy with their work, they still spend
a lot of time teaching their children.
In conclusion, mothers have an important role for their children to grow up
in a normal way. They can not only share much time for their children, but also
teach them a lot of knowledge in life. So they can say that mothers are the best
teachers of their children. Thanks for listening.
