Recommendations
To enable the sales representatives to work together more effectively, we have agreed on the following
three points.
Firstly, you should share information about customers with each other. We are working as a team, so we
should support each other.
Secondly, don’t promise customers very early delivery, if you can’t meet the dates.
The third point, you should write informative reports on or before the deadline.
