Talk about your habit in the morning /get up

As usual ,everyday
About 5 o’clock ,I wake up to start work of my new day.
Firstly ,I brush my teeth, wash face to clean my body and awake
after the sleep of just
then I prepare everything for morning exercises like shoes,
clothes and start to go jogging
I always combine running with listen to music . I often like
listen dynamic songs every morning which it not only helps me
relax but also learns many things .
Moreover , this is good time to look at the morning sunrise
About 6 am ,I go back home ,prepare breakfast for yourself
because I want to have a morning of energy
After that , I go to school and i always hope today is great day
2. Talk about your habit in the evening / before go to bed
Every night., as a habit,
my family have dinner together at about 7pm.
After that ,we watch TV and share our joys after a long busy
day


At 8h30 pm , I do my homework
. Firstly ,i usually spend 30 minutes to read newspaper
and check email ,facebook to update daily information.
Next , At 9 o’clock, i spend most of my time studying : i
complete old exercises and focus on my preparation for new
exercises for the next lesson .
After that, and i usually listen dynamic songs which it not only

helps me relax but also learns many things the life . Moreover ,
in oder to regain my spirit .
Finally. I don’t forget to make a time table for the next day
before to brush my teeth ,wash my face and go to bed.
. “ I always hope tomorrow is a great day”
3: when the weather’s really hot/
The world is growing day by day ,besides the positive side ,there
are negative aspects ,. That is serious pollution .
this has lead to change abnormal climate
.Especially , the weather is really hot, it's led to the life of
people upside down
Firstly, when the weather’s really hot ,we are prone to illness
,headache and disease ,especially with young children and
the elderly.


Secondly ,About money , when the weather’s really hot , the
power consumption increased : like using air conditional or
other electrical appliances more ,leading to increased
electricity bills.
Thirdly, About job , we are easily affected ,we prefer to stay at
home rather than go to work
And finally , when the weather’s really hot , it will lead to
drought and crop damage affecting the lives of the farmers.
4 talk about the famous Mountain that you know
The north of Vietnam is a place which has many mountains
Especially ,Fansipan which is located in Lao Cai is the highest
mountain .
It’s height is about 3143 m above the sea level
In the high mountain ,the weather is not only cold but also

extreme .
The temperate Is usually colder than other areas ,so you can
see snowflakes in winter .
Many people were impressed by Fansipan and they wanted
to challenge themselves , conquer Fansipan Mountain
, fansipan is the best pride of Viet Nam
5:climate and season in viet nam


there are three regions in VN : north ,south,middle viet nam so
the weather is different in each region . Viêt Nam is the tropical
country
In north and middle Vietnam the climate is similar ,there are 4
seasons :
Spring is warm ,it's consider the season of the festival
,Especially , that is Tet traditional
Summer is hot , There are a lot of activities going on this season
like football, swimming, ...
Autumn is cool and pleasant . it's consider the season of love
and romance
Winter is cold , Occasionally, there are snowflakes in the
mountainous north of Vietnam , This is the ideal place for young

in the south , there are only 2 seasons in south Viet Nam ,The
rainy season is almost rainy .dry season is also almost sunny.
The activities of the people here are similar to the north and

i live in Viet Nam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big
cities in my country .
Especially is Hanoi
Firstly , there are too many people using the roads especially in
the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get
home from those places .
secondly ,there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to
traffic jams .
Another problems is that many roads are narrow and bumpy .
Forthly , there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people
lose their lives or are injured . so in order to travel on the roads
safety , i think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs
as well .
Moreover , carefylness is very necessary.
12.talk about your habit before of eating/ after your study .
every day, before eating ( after study ), as usual.
First of all, I often play sports: sometimes I play football with
my friends, occasionally , i play baminton with my father.
This is not only the time for me to relax but also to help me
improve my healthy


After that, I have a shower to keep the body awake, clean and
cool

then , I help my mother cook: I often pick up vegetables, wash
dishes, cook some simple dishes.
As soon as, my mother finish cooking, I set the food on the
table, the whole family begin to sit down at the table enjoy the
dishes, I and my mother cooked .
13. talk about places in Viet Nam which are the most polluted.

I live in Vietnam and have a lot of pollution problems in the big
cities in my country.
Especially is HN
Firstly, water pollution is caused by waste from factories,
industrial zones and people's waste.
Secondly , air pollution, exhaust fumes from cars , from smoking
and lorries are definitely one reason for the problem but we


also have a lot of heavy industry in some areas and this also
results in poor air quality
Thirdly, noise pollution also affects many people.
It is time for people and governments act to raise awareness
and publicity so that people understand the harmful effects of
pollution,
Let's join hands to have a green life, clean beautiful.
13. talk about the places in Viet Nam which have problems with
flooding.
actually , i have been to many city before but one of that have
the worst problem with flooding is Ha Noi which is the capital ,
as well as located in the north of VN.
HN is well- know and considered to be one of the beautiful

city with many historical places , modern service and people
are friendly so that is the reason why many people want to
live there
but in fact , HN is facing lots of problems with flooding :
.there are times, much of the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi is
underwater in the worst flooding the city has seen for
decades ,it's led to the life of people upside down ,we are prone
to illness


Although, there are project have been done but they are still
unsuccessful .
In my opinon to be decrease this problem ,It is time for people
and governments act to raise awareness and publicity so that
people understand the harmful effects of flooding.
14: talk about your habit 3 prediction about life in 2050.
In my opinion, , by 2050 , 3 prediction about life is
Firstly .We'll also have to start cutting down on our energy
consumption: If humankind continues to use energy at the rate
it does now, and population growth follows expected trends, we
will need the equivalent of three earths to support ourselves by
2050. Which is, obviously, impossible.

secondly , people will probably study at home because they 'll
study online at home without going to school.
and finally , people will have less free time , we will be busy
with work
