delivery is made within 3 weeks on the receipt of the official orders.
Payment is to be made by irrevocable L/C at Chamber of Commerce Britain,
into our account at Vietcombank, in favor of the seller for 100% of the invoice.
Especially concerning medium sized and small sized women coats, please
note that these types are currently out of stock and delivery can only be made
until the end of April. However, we would like to enclose our latest pricelist and
catalogue of some of our children coats with various designs for your
reference.
Because you are our new customer , we are willing to grant you the trade
discount along with quantity discount 5% off the net price with order over

Chapter 5: OFFERS

1. There would certainly be no trouble in supplying you with a fairly full
selection of our latest and best selling models which were produced for
all ages.
2. We are confident that our offer will be acceptable to you and we hope to
receive your trial order.
3. We hope you will see that terms mentioned in this offer are satisfactory
and we can assure you that your order will always receive our
immediate attention.
4. Because demand for this item in the world market exceeds supply we
are currently unable to offer you.
5. Technical documents are required to be made in 3 copies. One copy will
be forwarded to you earlier for translation purpose. The others will be
supplied with goods.
6. Our products enable you to offer your customers an item that is beyond
criticism in those vital qualities of durability and reliability.
7. The goods are to be packed in card board boxes with flower designs suitable for
display in supermarkets.
The new packaging for our tea sets is in Vietnamese traditional style and we are
confident that it will attract customers.
8. 9. Our packaging is not only seaworthy but also strong enough to protect the
goods from possible damages.
9. 10. We will pack 10 dozen of goods to a carton, gross weight of 30 kgs each
carton.
10. 11. We have taken due note you’re your requirements for laser toys but
regret our inability to supply at present. We will certainly make you an offer as
soon as there is stock available.
11. 12. Packing will be conducted under your specific instructions. You may
rest assured that we will take special care of packing to avoid possible damage
in transit.
12. 13. The goods are to be packed in 2-ply jute bags, 50 kgs net each, being
stitched with jute ropes, suitable for handling and sea transportation.
13. 14. The buyer shall open an irrevocable L/C at 30 days deferred payment
through a bank of international reputation in the seller’s favor for payment of
40,000 MT to the account of the bank for Foreign trade of Vietnam. L/C shall
be opened within 7 days of the conclusion of the contract.
14. 15. The goods are to be packed in new steel drums with the steel thickness
of 1 mm.
15. The goods are to be packed in wooden crates strengthened by steel straps.
16. 17. On the surface of each package, package number, measurements, net
weight, gross weight, lift position, L/C number and the words “keep it dry” are
to be marked.
17. 18. All the goods are to be packed in water-proof paper strengthened at both
ends to avoid wear and tear due to friction.
18. 19. The goods are to be packed in new jute bags, being stitched by jute
ropes in 8 stiches shaped X.
19. 20. On the outer of each package, shipper’s name, consignee’s name, port of
destination, origin and number 1 to 10 are marked.
