Safety – Carrying the knife

• Carry knife by the handle
• Pointing the knife to the floor
• Carry by your side.
Safety – Sharp part of the knife

• Bottom part of the knife has the bumps in the handle.
• Top of the blade is thicker.
• Cut in a sawing motion to control the speed.
Safety – Washing up the knife

• Do not drop the knife into the washing up bowl
• Hold the knife


• Fold the cloth over the top of the knife
• Wipe the cloth away from the handle.
