music in my country. There are many
different kinds of music including royal

therefore, it is usually played in the theaters.

It is so wet here. I am writing to tell you
about the weather in my country. In my
country, it is in spring with high humidity.
My country is a tropical monsoon climate.
Broadly speaking, the weather in Viet Nam
is dictated by two monsoon seasons the
southwest monsoon from April to September
and the northeast monsoon from October to
late March or early April. Moreover the
northeast monsoon effects bring lower
temperatures to my city, Hanoi and all days
in Hanoi is in rain. In fact, I am fed up with
rainy day because I can’t go out to shopping

I’m very happy when I received your letter.
I’m writing this letter to tell you about my
daily life. It seems my life is always very
full of activities and obligations so I never
have much time for myself. During the week
I’m very busy. On weekdays, I usually have
to get up at half past six even though I
would really prefer to sleep much later.
After I get up I perform my morning routine
of washing my face, brushing my teeth....I
usually have breakfast at quarter to seven in
the morning. After getting dressed, I drive to
my office and my workday starts at eight
o'clock with plenty of work to deal with.
Sometimes, it causes my stress but I love my
job as a civil engineer. I have lunch at 12
o’clock, after that I take a nap in an hour to
refresh my mind. I continue working until
5pm. I get home at 6 o’clock and playing
football is my favourite sport after work. It

TV or reading book after dinner. If I go out

house in Hanoi city. My house is on a small
and quiet street in Hai Ba Trung district and
the neighborhood is really nice. It takes
about half an hour to go to the city center

are some shopping centers, supermarkets
near my house that’s the reasons why we
bought this house. It isn’t a big house was
built 5 years ago and painted in yellow.
There is also a small garden where I can

relatives, teachers, friends. People wish each

person. All comedies always have one
essential ingredient to make it a great
comedy, humor. All comedies give people
an opportunity to look at humor in life and
laugh at it.
Comedies usually show a hilarious scene for
people to enjoy and laugh at. Many scenes
which has an outburst of crazy and
ridiculous moments will not usually happen
in our daily life, but it’s fun to enjoy. I often
watch comedies when I get upset, have
stress because, laughing help me relax and
bring balance back to me. My favorite actors
and actress are Xuan Hinh, Hoai Linh Cam
Van, and Van Dung …etc. I can’t help
laughing when I watch their comedies or
hilarious sitcoms. It’s really fun and very
helpful to relieve stress. That’s the reason
why I love watching comedy films.

goes well with the color of the wall behind
it. I put the sofa in the right corner of the bed
to sit on when I want to watch TV or read
books. Although it is quite far from my
house to office, I still like it because it’s

Tower. Because it's not only the tallest

Well, it is an old theatre with French

friend and I made a motorcycle trip around

arrived there we drank a lot of beer to

Although the trip was long and tiring, we

sofa to watch TV or to read books

Well, my wonderful experience, I travelled
to Cambodia with my parents last year. This
was a country of choice as my parents had
planned to go there. We met several
American tourists in Phnom Penh where we
had an English conversation and took a lot
of photographs with them in front of a
famous temple. Moreover, I had a wonderful
experience of developing close friendships
with many local people. When I visited
village in the south of Cambodia I realized
that how the local people lived in bad
conditions. The children had to work at their
early ages to earn some additional money to
help their parents. At this moment, I wished
to help such unlucky children. I planned to
form a charity fund for the children after my
trip.

answered me that a girl had booked a table

meet that unknown girl, so I went to his
restaurant at 9 o’clock. I got smartly-dressed
in a white shirt and black trousers. The
manager brought me to the mysterious girl
sitting at a hidden corner. I was amazed to
see her. She was my girlfriend who wanted
to celebrate my birthday. We had a very
lovely evening together even though I had to
pay the big bill.

The sport that I like the most is ping pong

(table tennis), which is a great sport. The
first time I played it was by my sport subject
in year 2 of university, I was attracted by the
very quickly and correctly returning the ball
of my table tennis’s teacher so, and it only
needs two people to be able to play. I just
bought a racket with a ball then I’m able to
play with my friends. At first time of
playing, I thought it was very difficult, but
after finishing my sport course I saw it is not
as difficult as I ever thought. That mean I
just need to concentrate and react faster so I
can return the ball. This is a sport subject
that I got the highest score among all my
sport subjects so that I enjoyed it the most.

incidentally met my childhood close friend.
She was a neighbor of my grandmother. I
remember when she was a kid she liked to

old and she looks beautiful, no shoulderlength hair but instead is long black hair,
white skin. We talked to each other for
hours, I found her very happy, her lips

old form teacher. She made me embarassed,

years. And although her hair was grey and
her her skin was furrowed by old age, she
was still humorous. When seeing her, I

smile all day and tell jokes during classes
that made us laugh. But she was very strict,
either. Now she didn’t change muck, She
