Hi! My name is Sally Walden. I live in Bristol with
my parents and my younger sister Pam. She is only
four.
We live in a nine- storied house on the sixths floor.
We have a large and comfortable flat. Come in,
please.
This is our living-room. We spend a lot of time
here. As you see, there is a large blooming flower on
the floor on the right. I water it in a day.
There is a large window with beautiful curtains in
the middle of the wall. A large sofa is standing near
the window. You can also see two armchairs at the
sofa. To the left of the armchair there is a stand
lamp. My mum usually sits on the sofa and reads
magazines or books when she has free time. As for me
I prefer to sit on the armchair.
In the middle of the room there is a round carpet
with a round table and two chairs on it. My mum likes
to put vases with flowers on the table. My dad usually
puts newspapers on it.
On the left wall there is a large TV set and a small
chest of drawers under it. To the left and to the
right of the TV set there are a lot of pictures. We
adore our living-room.
