with missing words by listening. Ask and answer questions to complete the
medical records. Especially the questions.

headache….and revise the past simple tense.
II- Preparations:

Equipment: Tape English 7, stereo.
III- Teaching process:

S1,S2 ask and answer their height, weight, age…..
S3 does exercise A2.
3- New lesson:
A- Warm up: Game: Gap information.
T prepares some medical records with missing information .
T divides class in to 2 groups.
Two groups ask and answer question to get information and fill in the medical
records.
B- Presentation:
I. B1. Listen. Then practice with a partner.(P.P.P)

Now look at the ballon1: Hoa wasn't there. She was absent.
