There are many arguments for this statement “it is essential
that both education and work should be fun”. In my view,
education and work should not be too serious because of many
reasons.
First of all, people could just learn and work most effectively
when their mood is in the best condition. In the process of
learning and working, it is easy to have frustration which leads
to learn and work ineffectively. It is better to encourage them to
work by providing a fun and comfortable environment. That
atmosphere is a great way to motivate people, even
apprehensive and uninterested ones.
Secondly, it must be clear that fun is one of the steps
approaches to success, how to make your job more enjoyable,
how to get good at something, and more. Whether people
would be successful if they get a job that they are not
interested? They just finish their work and homework without
excitement and creativity because those are their duty, which
leads their performance to lack of efficiency.
In summary, people can expect to learn and work effectively if
they concentrate too much on result and enjoy
