According to Zikmund, Babin, Carr & Griffin (2013), it is necessary for Vietnam America Education Group (VMG) to understand the factors affecting the organization
comprising of interviews with main decision-makers. VMG was set up by 59% of the
capital from American partner and 41% of the investment from Vietnamese partner. Two
years ago, it ran smoothly with more than five thousand students at various levels and
was always proud of having qualified, enthusiastic, and creative foreign, Vietnamese
teachers and employees. However, thanks to the analysis of symptoms which are
existing in the company such as declining working productivity of employees, the low
retention of old learners, the difficulties of opening new courses due to lack of new
students, and increasing the number of employees leave jobs, Vietnam - America
Education Group believes that the employee commitments to the organization are too
low.
Problem Statement:
The most challenging thing for the VMG is identifying and understanding the
relevant, interesting, and feasible problems that are current within the organization.
VMG realizes that its products and services are not being utilized properly due to the
environment of the inefficient work. Besides that, weak customer services which the
organization’s employees have been bringing will directly hurt the reputation of VMG
and even cause its customers to flee to its rivals, who are more respondent. The
parents of students have canceled the next enrollments due to unnecessary delays of
textbooks, or some outdated equipment used for teaching and learning, the fault is that
VMG’ employees have not informed the supply chain in time.

Being based on the problems stated above, I decided to choose my research
paper name as: Evaluating factors that affect the employee commitment at VietnamAmerica Education Group in Ho Chi Minh city ( this is perfect and right point).
Research Objectives:
Based on Zikmund et al. (2013), the objectives of the research are the aims to be
obtained by carrying out the research. In other words, the goals express potential
results of the research that should support decision making. The research objectives
are to find out the factors affecting its employees commitments. It tries to determine
reasons why the working productivity of the staff is being reduced and the number of the
employees who leaves jobs, is high. In addition, the research paper will propose some
recommendations to improve the performance of its staffs. ( I like this very much,
excellent objectives)
Research Questions:
The research questions are the research objectives expressed as questions as
Zikmund et al. (2013) indicate. VMG should ask what are the factors that most lead to
lacking commitments of its employees? What methods will improve the performance of
employees?
Hypotheses:
The hypotheses are considered predictions that can be explained or unexplained
via empirical testing usually related with variables according to Zikmund et al. (2013).
The research paper assumes that the low employees commitment are positively
associated with the following statements. The first hypothesis is good wage policies
positively affect the employee commitments (H1); the appropriate promotion policies

positively affect the employee commitment (H2); the leadership style affects the
employee commitments (H3). And the hypothesis (H4) is that effective training and
development policy positively affects the employee commitments. ( these are excellent.
Please look at this format. What is relationship, if any, between good wage policy and
employee performance. What is relationship, if any, between appropriate promotion
policy and employee commitment. You see how your hypotheses can be stated. This
way when you get ready to select a research design. It is very simple. You will be
searching the relationship.)
