In modern times, the population explosion in the country’s major problems
leading deserve attention it, creates an abundant labor source but cause pressure to
create jobs . Unemployment is the biggest problem of these workers . Therefore
increasing employment is necessary . Many people find themselves Looking or
preparing to look for new jobs or careers . One change that is often contemplated is
between employment and self-employment.
When work is scare , it is necessary to look for new and difficult opportunities but
some changes may be more fundamental we think.
Private business is a popular type of business . It brings practical benefits to
household and society. It not only brings benefits in terms of money but also
satisfy consumer taster.
Private business is double-edged sword direct impact to business owner . If we are
flexible with entrepreneurial acumen and experience in business . It brings many
achievements . It means that you success . Whereas if we do not know the business
, you will fall into bankruptcy and decline, you will fail. The boundary between
failure and success in business is still fragile so the business must calculate each
his step carefully .
II. Advantages of being self- employed.
Owning a small business and being self-employed is not just another job. The
success or the failure of the business rests on your shoulders. It can be more
exciting or it can be more worrisome than working for someone else. The bottom

Being self-employed requires a personal commitment that is greater than what

will participate in very aspect of running the business. But if you want to schedule

Self employment brings many advantages but it also exits some of disadvantages.
It prevents self employment from developing. therefore, we need to overcome
disadvantages so as to become more successful. outlined here are some of the
disadvantages of self employment. My intent is to give you a sense of the realities
that you will face if you decide to start your own consulting business. With
foresight and planning all of the disadvantages of self employment can be
overcome risks managed but you need to understand the realities and be clear on

how you will handle them.
1.Insurance
Your insurance and pension costs are not included automatically. when comparing
self employment income to a job that you need to remember the employee bebefits
that are associated with employment such as insurance or perhaps a pension
contribution are not automatically included. you will have to meet these needs
from your income. Also you will hace to pay for your own health insurance. Many
would be entrepreneurs continue to work for someone else simple because they
cannot afford to buy health insurance and they dont want to risk debilitating
medical bills.
2.Tax
Small business owners pay more taxes than employees. Even if you keep your
business small, employing only yourself, you will find your tax bill increasing. In
addition to regular income taxes, you will have to pay both the employee and the
employer portions of the social security taxes and extra local business/mercantile
taxes (some in the form of licenses). You will likely be paying quarterly estimated
taxes, and if you sell something, you are responsible to file sales tax forms. Those
last two requirements might not add up to more money, but they will add up to

room for work. You should be trying to balance work and family. It will be difficult

The risk of failure can be traced to several causes such as business secrets
disclosed, low productivity affects the annual turnover of the business,… You don’t
have experience enough to control the quality and risks. Gradually, clients have
turned against you. The business is more and more difficult, and later, the entire
capital is gone. Many enterprise believe that job losses in the first year is
unavoidable. Therefore, they often underestimate losses result in the beginning,

possibly on the brink of bankruptcy.
6. Personal Development
Going into business will involve many more skills than you used when you were
an employee. You will probably be doing everything yourself until your business
