In the world, people cut down more than a million trees every year to
make paper and paper products. Making paper requires a lot of wood pulp
and work of millions of workers. Many countries have had plans to save
money and labor. In countries where is the cooperation of the public, paper
mills recycle as much as sixty percent of the waste paper. For every ton of
recycled newsprint, twelve trees can be saved.

Marie Curie was born in Poland in November, 1867. She learnt to read
