Lesson 1: Listen and Read
I. OBJECTIVES:
A. Aim: By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:
- understand how to make and respond to formal requests and know places
of interest in Vietnam.
B. Knowledge:
- Vocabulary: corn, sugar cane, to take a photo
- Grammar/ Structures: - Would you mind +_ V-ing ?
- Would you mind if I + Vpast + ?
C. Skills: Listening, reading and speaking.
II. PREPARATION:
A. Teacher : Textbook, pictures
B. Students: Books, notebooks.
III. PROCEDURE:
A. Warm-up/ Warmer: (5ms)
Matching ( Getting Started )
T: asks Ss to repeat the phrases and then match them with pictures in
groups
