 Aims : - To intrduce the topic of Unit 1 by reading the text for details.
- To help Students to listen and read about Maryam’s visit.
- To isolate the new structure : the simple past with WISH.
 Objective :
- By the end of the lesson, Students will be able to know about some places Lan
went to with a foreign friend and some activities they took part in together.
_Educational aim:

Lesson 2 : SPEAK
I. Lead -in:
1.Pelmanism:

_Prepares ten cards with numbers on one side and
the countries and their cities on the other .
_Makes sure the countries and the cities are mixed
up.
_Sticks the cards on the board so the students can
only see the numbers.
_Divides the students into two teams and ask
them to choose two numbers.
_Turns over the cards and see if they match, e.g
Tokyo-Japan. If not, turn the cards face down.
_Continues until all the cards are turned over.
