<b>I. Reasons for writing a pedagogical internship report</b>

Primary education is a very important level of education, having a decisive meaning tothe future of children in particular as well as the nation in general. Educating theyoung generation is the task of the whole, the whole people and the whole society. Butthe one who directly shoulder the responsibility is the team of teachers who alwaysstrive to do their best for the cause of education.

I realize that the educational task is very important, that's why the pedagogicalpractice is a valuable time for teachers to approach students, penetrate the educationalreality, learn the psychology and emotions of their peers. Time to experience thedesign and implementation of teaching as well as homeroom work, demonstrate theirunderstanding in the industry, supplement their knowledge so that they can gainexperience and perform well in their teaching jobs in the future. .

The goal of the pedagogical internship is to help students learn about the futureworking environment, the promotion process, and the practice of teaching elementaryschool students. Students better understand the mind - physiology of students, fromwhich to draw lessons for themselves in future careers. More practically, teachers cancontinue to orient their efforts in the future, decide what to do to improve theirpedagogical abilities, have the will to improve their professional skills, and completethe learning process well. <b>II. Background of the Organization</b>

The school was licensed to operate in 2009, the principal was Mr. Lai Navy, the Boardof Directors, including: 1 Principal, 1 Vice Principal. The school has a history of 13years of experience in taking quality is the guideline of the school.

<b>A, The general situation of the school</b>

Thanh Nghi Primary School is formerly known as A Thanh Nghi grassroots highschool and Thanh Nghi base school. In 1991, the school was re -established into twoschools, A Thanh Nghi Primary School and B Thanh Nghi Primary School with itsown management and seal apparatus.

In September 2014, implementing the policy of merging schools in the town. TwoThanh Nghi a Primary School and Thanh Nghi B Primary School merged into onename as the current Thanh Nghi Primary School.

Currently, Thanh Nghi Primary School is located in three villages of Thanh Nghicommune, Thanh Liem district, Ha Nam province. The school has 3 school sites (AreaA in Dai Bai village, area B of Dong Lang village, Area C in Thanh Bong village).The school has a land ownership certificate with a total area of 15150 m2. . Thefacilities and teaching equipment of the school are spacious and complete, meeting therequirements of organizing educational activities. The school was recognized by theGovernment as a national standard primary school in July 2015 after merging the twoprimary schools, A Thanh Nghi Primary School and B Thanh Nghi Primary School. In2017, the school was recognized to meet the standard of education qualityaccreditation level 3.

Over the past years, the school has constantly strived and grown, is one of theelementary schools with stable quality of education and gradually developing firmly,maintaining the reputation with the people. The management of the school is alwaysinnovative, comprehensive, scientific and creative in accordance with the actualsituation of the school and the locality. Discipline and morality are maintained well,

the quality of the school's staff has been raised to awareness both politically andprofessional qualifications. The school's teachers are always enthusiastic, dedicated to teaching. The school effectively organizes the work of teaching two sessions a day forall students, the quality of comprehensive education has been significantly improved.The percentage of students completing the primary program in the last 5 years reached95.2 % or more, many students won prizes in intellectual exchange exams. Everyyear, many teachers in the school have achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at thegrassroots level, which is awarded certificates of merit by the State. For many years,the school was recognized as the title of "Advanced Labor Collective", was awarded acertificate of merit by the People's Committee of Thanh Liem district.

<b>B, Management and direction</b>

The school's management always closely follows the documents directing all levels onthe management and direction of the school's activities. Especially in the condition ofCovid 19 epidemic, the serious compliance with the State's policies is always highlyappreciated by the school to ensure the safety of students and teachers.

The school staff always unite and promote the democratic rights of each individual inthe school. Internal united school, for many years the school did not let negativephenomena and complaints and denunciations.

<b>C, Structure of the school</b>

In 2021-2022, Thanh Nghi Primary School had 32 classes with a total of 899students and 41 officials, teachers and staff. In which managers: 03 people, teachersdirectly in the classroom are 35 people, staff: 03 people.

Regarding professional qualifications: 36/41 people with constant qualificationsare pedagogical universities. 2 teachers are attending Pedagogical University; 3employees with college training.

The school has a separate Party cell with 24 party members. Ho Chi MinhCommunist Youth Union has 12 members.

<b>D, The quality of good teachers and excellent students at all levels</b>

From 2014 to 2015, after the two schools merged, the school's teachers graduallystabilized and increasingly improved. Every year, the number of excellent teachers atthe school level has 18-25 teachers who are recognized as a good teacher at the schoollevel, 10 excellent teachers at the provincial level, 1 teacher achieved the title of goodteacher at the national level.

For many years, the school has students who won national, provincial anddistrict levels. The percentage of students rewarded in the year reached 35-40%.

<b>E, Learn about the school's professional regulations</b>

Teachers are responsible for teaching and educating according to quality, educationalprograms and teaching plans.

- Organization of the Union: The Youth Union of Thanh Nghi Primary Schoolconsists of 37 Union members and Party members
