1. Example of a person facing many challenges (The first part is being presented byMai Lan)
Walt Disney, the visionary force behind the entertainment industry, navigated a plethora of challenges on his extraordinary path to success.
In the nascent stages of his filmmaking career, Disney encountered a series of setbacks and financial difficulties due to the initial lack of success with his innovative ideas. However, his unwavering persistence and tenacity in the face of adversity set him apart. In 1928, Disney introduced the world to the beloved character Mickey Mouse, marking a turning point in the realm of entertainment. Nevertheless, triumphs were accompanied by tribulations as Disney grappled with financial woes and the demanding nature of the creative process.
A significant setback occurred when Disney lost the rights to Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. Yet, in the face of this setback, he channeled his creativity into the development of iconic characters such as Donald Duck and Goofy, showcasing his resilience and adaptability. The creation of Disneyland, a colossal and intricate undertaking, was met with skepticism and doubt from various quarters. Despite this, Disney pressed forward, fueled

Walt Disney's ability to surmount obstacles wasn't solely attributed to his creative genius but was equally rooted in his enduring patience and relentless determination. His life narrates a compelling story, one of a man persistently confronting challenges, emerging victorious, and leaving behind an enduring legacy that continues to shape the world of entertainment.
Walt Disney gives us lessons: even though life has many difficulties and challenges, we should be calm and confident to face the challenges.
2. Definition of “Challenge” and common reason (The second part is beingpresented by Tuyet Nhung)
2.1. Definition of “Challenge”
Challenges are factors that cause difficulties and hinder the development of jobs, a plan, and a potential that people must overcome. In life, challenges always exist as an inevitable rule in the operation and growth of each individual as well as the entire society.
Life never runs out of challenges is an awareness of the laws of life, it is both a summary and a reward, as well as a reminder and warning to remind everyone. : If you want to

Trang 9
achieve outstanding success, you need to establish an opposing angle and overcome challenges.
2.2. Common reason
Difficulties and challenges are inevitable in human life. People always have to face challenges in life, work, study and in all social relationships. No one lives without facing challenges in life.
People need to go through challenges to grow. Difficulties and obstacles are an inevitable requirement, a driving force for people to strive and rise in life. People need to be courageous and know how to face and overcome challenges in order to fully survive, grow and aim for outstanding success. On the contrary, if people are weak, do not dare to face and overcome challenges, and conveniently surrender and give up, they will admit failure and will not survive to grow.
To overcome challenges, people need strength and always practice to have strength both materially and in faith. In particular, people need to have enough faith, will, and energy and always cultivate knowledge, experience, and skills to constantly complete themselves and strengthen themselves.
