Along with the development of information technology and the rapid penetration of information technology into all areas of life, the use of computers in
management has become more and more an urgent need. it is one of the indispensable factors to improve the quality and efficiency in management. In the field of student management, the adjustment and supplement of information is difficult and unclear, the search for information takes a long time, and the accuracy is poor. Therefore, the computerization of school activities into "Student
Management" is becoming increasingly necessary.
The application of Informatics in management helps people get rid of manual labor, improve work efficiency, and save a lot of time.
1.2 PURPOSE AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE THESIS
Student management in the university is the management of the main content of the learning process, which stores information, manages lessons, and students' grades during their study at the university in order to work effectively accurate and efficient. accurate, save time for workers.
1.3 FACT SURVEY:
1.3.1 Student records management Student records management is the first thing to do when a new student enters the school. This is the basis for future management with each student. Basically personal information (full name, date of birth, hometown ..) will be stored and managed.
1.3.3 Course management
Depending on the subject, the name, subject code as well as the content of the same subject will be different. Therefore, subject management is necessary. The basic information about the subject includes: subject code, subject name. 1.3.4 Student's score management:
The top points include process scores, test scores, semester cumulative scores, and process scores.
1.3.5 Ways to find student information :

The search information according to management needs is very diverse such as finding students when knowing some personal information, looking for pretty good students, students winning scholarships...
1.4 ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF MANUAL METHOD There is no need to invest in a computer, it is cheap, but it has the disadvantage of having to use many types of papers and books, so it is very cumbersome, the storage place is not convenient, it requires many employees. However, for a large number of students, say 100,000 students, it will take a lot of work to manage. 1.5 ADVANTAGES OF THE SYSTEM
Shorten the time, easy, fast and convenient. The storage will be simple, the information about students will be accurate and fast.
1.7 DISADVANTAGES OF SYSTEM
Funding to build a new equipment management system for the school including machinery, software... requires large investment.
