3 1. INTRODUCTION

In the current period, with the strong development of the technology, the field comes the need to use technology continuously innovated by consumers including individuals and businesses. This is a very large and potential piece of cake to exploit and invest in the market providing computer components. At the same time, the supply of components has also become more diverse, many businesses invest in the field of wholesale computer components in the national market, the competition is extremely fierce. All businesses focus on developing the variety of products as well as competing on a price to get the best price. However, for customers to have a satisfied experience when choosing a component business depends on many factors, price is the first factor to reach customers, followed by the level of customer satisfaction. Prestige, warranty policy, discount, customer care, after-sales, ...

After two months of internship, I hope to apply the knowledge learned in university to work at the company. I also look forward to gaining new knowledge and experiences that I have never known or encountered before. Along with that is getting acquainted with the professional working environment and office culture. In the process of working, I hope to be able to self-assess my strengths and weaknesses to promote. The most valuable experience I will gain through this internship is the practical experience of selling. This internship will give me valuable experience to prepare well for my future career.

Loc Company has undergone the process of building and developing explosively under the talented leadership of the Board of Directors along with the enthusiastic coordination from the entire staff of the company. Dai Tai Loc Computer Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in providing products of electronic components, computer lines, peripherals and software, telecommunications... The company is considered as an information address reliable in providing quality computer components to customers at a reasonable cost. Up to now, the company's scale is still expanding in phases, specifically, it is expected to grow strongly in the period of 2020-2025 and after 2025.

4. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS APPLIED DURING THE INTERNSHIP

Before I had the opportunity to practice at the company, I also knew about applying practice along with theory to bring high efficiency to any job, but at university, I only had I can study at school and learn more on my own, experience through additional content, knowledge from the outside, on the internet, etc. When I get to practice and experience actual work at the company, I have the opportunity to see Receive and re-evaluate the knowledge accumulated at university. The teachers have equipped with basic knowledge of English as well as theoretical knowledge in the field of commerce. This core knowledge is the basic equipment for me to be recruited and have the opportunity to practice and work at Dai Tai Loc Computer Co., Ltd. It makes it easy for me to communicate with foreign customers in a corporate business environment. Marketing English is a subject that I have gained a lot of practical knowledge from. Because its content provides vocabulary related to the content of the work in sales, captures customer psychology, classifies customers and partially understand customer needs to make recommendations. suitable items. Moreover, I also know how to communicate in the appropriate language at work thanks to this course. The Business Correspondence course helped me in the process of writing a quote letter and thank you letter for placing an order at the company. In addition, I have the ability to pick up work quite quickly. I am hardworking, diligent and responsible, so I always try to complete the assigned work well. The subject of creative thinking and time management skills helps children think and be creative, know how to organize their working time and create effective sales methods. With computer science, the skill of using Microsoft office software, this is the subject that I can apply to my business the most from preparing reports, making spreadsheets and excel price lists.... Finally, the part-time work experience I have accumulated in the sales field helps me a lot in carrying out the duties of my current job.

<small> </small> Although the internship period was short, I also had time to work like a real employee at the company. I have been added a lot of knowledge about sales calls, how to consult products. I experienced working in a professional company environment, learned more

I also learned good qualities from them such as high concentration, responsibility, agility in work.

Lessons on how to connect and communicate with customers via phone and email need to be done properly and I have been guided very conscientiously by the company from the content of the conversation to how to behave and handle development issues generated through indirect communication with customers. The way I work with other departments at the company also contributes to my ability to work as a team, promotes the ability to think about solving problems in a lean way, straight to the heart for timely handling.

The technology and software equipped at the company also help me to open my eyes and gradually get used to completing the work related to reviewing, processing data, reporting work results in a timely manner as neat and clear as possible.

I'm a receptionist intern, so my English range is not wide. However, during this internship, I have acquired some knowledge about the field of reception. I use English within the scope of the contract, how to use equipment in the company. And most importantly, how to communicate with foreign customers and partners. Firstly, I learned and classified contracts in English to prepare for meetings. This helps me better understand the types of contracts. Secondly, most of the equipment in the company is in English. Such as printers, photocopiers , scanners, etc. I need to read and understand the manual in order to use this machine properly. And finally, the most important thing, is to communicate with foreign customers and partners. Although the number of foreign customers and partners is not much, I still have to learn and improve my English communication ability. Knowing the necessary information of the front desk in English, my work is also much more convenient, I communicate with customers more easily and quickly understand their needs the best service. This makes it easier for me to handle things.

7. EXTENT AND PURPOSES OF USING ENGLISH DURING THE INTERNSHIP

I'm a trainee salesman, so my English won't be used much. However, during this internship, I gained some more knowledge about the field of sales.

I use English when writing emails and sending product information to foreign customers. I categorize product information, product prices in English to prepare for customer meetings. Most of the equipment at the company has instructions for use in English, such as copiers, printers, etc. So I need to read and memorize it to use it for work. In addition, I also have the opportunity to meet and consult with foreign customers. And when I meet foreign customers, I use English the most, communication is not much during the internship, but I am always conscious of learning and improving my vocabulary to serve good for the task assigned by the company.

8. CONCLUSION

After 2 months of this internship, I realize that I am gradually becoming more mature in my work. The practice helps me personally think more critically and work scientifically. Through that, I have better to understand what a salesperson is, what this position includes and how to maximize the effectiveness of the job. I have achieved the set goal which is to apply the knowledge of the school to work effectively. Besides, it also showed me my own ability, found my strengths and weaknesses to improve better. Hopefully, the valuable knowledge and experience will be some luggage for me in the future.

Although there have been efforts, due to limited qualifications, capacity and time, the report cannot avoid certain errors. I hope to receive your help to help me improve my thesis report.
