1. The gear reducer has painted non-machined surfaces.
2. The surface between the cover and the gear box body is
painted with a thin layer of paint or liquid glass to ensure
tightness.
3. Install 2 positioning pins to serve as reference surfaces during
machining and installation.
4. Run a test before putting it into use to check noise level,
temperature rise, and oil leakage level. Then, drain the oil, remove
oil residue, replace with new lubricating oil and bearing grease.
