large B-cell lymphoma

Waldeyer’s ring : 15-20 % extranodal lymphomas
50% Waldeyer’s ring lymphomas : palatine tonsils (20% bilateral)
80% : diffuse large b cell lymphoma
Ederly males and present as tonsillar swelling, cervical
adenopathy, dysphagia, odynophagia, or a sore
throat. Systemic symptoms such as fever, weight loss, and night
sweats
