TRẠNG TỪ
1. Chức năng
a. Bổ nghĩa cho một động từ: She washed the dishes carelessly.
b. Bổ nghĩa cho một tính từ: She is very beautiful.
c. Bổ nghĩa cho một trạng từ khác: He did that job very quickly.
2. Các loại trạng từ
a. Trạng từ chỉ cách thức: badly, fast, well…
b. Trạng từ chỉ nơi chốn: here, above, down, outside…
c. Trạng từ chỉ thời gian: now, then, yesterday…
d. Trạng từ chỉ tần suất: always, often, seldom…
e. Trạng từ chỉ mức độ: almost, absolutely, completely, extremely…
f. Trạng từ nhấn mạnh: only, just, exactly, really, particularly…
3. Cách thành lập trạng từ bằng cách thêm hậu tố
- Noun + ly: daily, weekly…
- Noun + ways/ wards/ wise: sideways, backwards, crosswise…
- a + Noun: ahead, aboard, asleep…
- in/ out + Noun: indoors, inside, outdoors, ouside…
4. Thứ tự trạng từ chỉ cách thức, nơi chốn, thời gian
- Nơi chốn + Cách thức + Thời gian
Ex: They got here easily today. He goes there by bus every day.
- Cách thức + Nơi chốn + Thời gian
Ex: He studies hard in class everyday.
