Whether you’re looking for group airport transfers, daily sightseeing or over-the road
tours, Southern California Gray Line’s deluxe fleet of late-model, full-size tour coaches
can accommodate groups of any size. Our drivers are professionally trained in all areas
of customer service and safety and have a complete knowledge of every destination we
service. Our customers are our primary concern and our drivers value the importance of
each and every customer.
Southern California Gray Line is fully-certified and approved with School Pupil Activity
Bus (SPAB), California Highway Patrol (CHP), Public Utilities Commission (PUC), and
Interstate Commerce Commission certificates. Our coaches are fully insured to meet
or exceed any requirements by law. Proof of insurance certificates are available upon

TERMS
Usan Disabilities Act
In accordance with the Usan Disabilities Act (ADA), we are proud to offer
wheelchair-accessible coaches upon request. Please phone Southern California Gray
Line/Coach Usa 48 hours prior to your preferred date of travel in order to confirm.
Transportation Only
For our guests who already have attraction tickets, vouchers or coupons, we offer our
tours on a “transportation only” basis. Please call for details.
Food and Beverage
Food, beverage and gratuities are not included unless specified.
Driver Guides
All tours are narrated by a professionally trained driver guide. We are proud to assure you
that we employ the finest drivers in the industry.
Tipping
Although tipping is not required, it is appreciated by those that put forth the extra effort to
make your experience enjoyable.
Fare Collection:
Accepted forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Usan Express, Discover Card, U.S.

Currency and U.S. Traveler’s Checks, prepaid tickets and authorized vouchers. Prices are
subject to change without notice.
Cancellation, Pricing and Refund Policy
Southern California Gray Line reserves the right to charge up to full fare for noshows
or for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Refunds are not given for delays or
inability to safely travel due to inclement weather or traffic. Refunds will not be given for
unused portions of prepaid vouchers. Southern California Gray Line reserves the right
to cancel, or alter the tour if circumstances require. Certain tours may require minimum
passenger counts to operate. Should the minimum count not be met, we will do our best
to reschedule your departure for another day. Southern California Gray Line reserves the
right to charge additional fees including, but not limited to, fuel surcharges and increased
attraction rates.
Responsibility
Southern California Gray Line is responsible only while passengers are traveling on its
operation. Southern California Gray Line acts solely as agent and does not assume any
liability for any damage, injury, loss, accident or delay due to any act or default of any
other company or person engaged in transporting the passenger or rendering any other
service, or carrying out the arrangement for any tour, or
by act or default of any proprietor
or servant. Southern California Gray Line is not responsible for articles left on board
coaches. The right is reserved to decline or accept any person as a member of any tour,
cancel or alter the tour if circumstances require it, or use leased equipment when
necessary. PUC user fee is included in the price of tour.
Reservations are requested for all tours 48 hours prior to preferred departure date.
Reservations may be made up until the day of departure based upon availability.
