Foreword
Construction is an industry for independent material production, holding an important position and
creating fixed assets for the national economy. In recent years, the fast-growing economy has created a
driving force to attract investment from many sources for construction. The construction market in our
country is gradually becoming more exciting. Thanks to the advances in science and technology applied, th
scale and speed of construction has gradually improved and been accelerated, construction has created a ne
face for a country that is gradually developing and integrating. with the regional economy. Had the
opportunity to work directly at Gia Khoa Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company, so I choosed the
company as an internship. This is a good opportunity for me to learn and apply the knowledge I have learne
to analyze and evaluate the fields of production and business activities of the Company.
Through the planned internship period of the Faculty of International Education - Foreign Trade
University at Gia Khoa Consulting & Construction Joint Stock Company, I have learned and improved the
necessary skills, applied Basic knowledge of business staff. Although my internship and work experience is
not long, I firmly believe that what I have learned from this real environment will be the first step for me to
have more suitable orientations for my future career.
To complete this report, I would like to thank the Faculty of International Education - Foreign Trade
University. Especially, as Master Vu Thi Bich Hai, thank you for all your enthusiasm, dedication in

8. Basic functions and duties of the management department:
- Board of Directors: is the highest management body of the Company, performing the functions of
management, inspection and control of all activities of the Company. Responsible for the developme
of the Company in the direction approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
- General Director: Appointed by the Board of Directors, general management of all activities of the
Company. To be responsible before the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders
for the formulation of strategic plans for production, business, and investment activities for the
company.
- Deputy General Directors: appointed by the Board of Directors, who advise the General Director in
all activities of the company. In addition to the specifically assigned tasks, it is necessary to exchang
and capture information, ensure that all activities are progressing smoothly and in accordance with th
direction of the General Director.
- Chief Accountant: In charge of general accounting work, guiding the Ordinance on accounting and
statistics in production and business activities of the Company, directing the activities of the
Accounting and Finance Department.
- Department of Human Resources and Administration: Management of labor and salary, recruitmen
and training, life management, office administration and internal security work.
- Department of Economics - Planning: Having the function of advising and assisting the company in
the fields of contract economy, production planning, organization and management of the Company'
warehouse system.
- Accounting-Finance Department: has the function of accounting for financial transactions arising in
the Company.
- Technical Department: has the function of researching, consulting and proposing solutions related t
construction to ensure the construction progress of the work, safety, quality, volume and economic

4. Target market

1. Recruitment:

supply of materials, leading to the difference in the initial quotation cost of construction design, causing
delays and delays in construction works.
- Along with that, the implementation of social distancing according to the Government's directive has also
significantly affected the construction progress of Gia Khoa Company's projects when employees cannot g
to the construction site to work. job.
=> The State has been overcoming and removing difficulties for businesses and companies with support
packages for businesses and employees. In which, employees can receive an amount from 1,500,000 VND
and businesses are supported to reduce tax costs, prolong tax payment time, etc.
CONCLUSION
The development of Gia Khoa Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company will contribute a part to the
development of Thai Nguyen province in particular and the development of the country in general. In the
current market mechanism and fierce competition, it is not easy to survive and develop, but if there is
internal consensus and the support and help from the State, the possibility of success is possible of the
Company is very large.
Within the scope of this internship report, it is not possible to analyze all aspects of the business. But I hop
this internship report also partly shows the company's construction business in general and the actual
situation of construction bidding activities in particular.

Stock Company for helping me complete this internship report. I also thank Mr. Vu Thi Bich Hai has helpe
