National Petroleum Company (KNPC) for its Clean Fuels Project. KNPC’S Clean Fuels Project is a
major upgrade and expansion of the Mina Al-Ahmadi and Mina Abdullah Refineries to increase the
combined throughput by 264,000 barrels per stream day to 800,000 barrels per stream day.

E&C FEED Oil & Gas NORWAY: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group has signed a three-year
frame agreement with Statoil Petroleum AS for the provision of front-end engineering design (FEED)
services for future projects at the Karsto and Kollsnes processing plants located north of Stavanger and
north-west of Bergen.
11-26-12 3Q2012 E&C EPCM 2015 Chemicals CHANGZHOU, JIANGSU PROVINCE, PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA: A subsidiary of the
Global Engineering and Construction Group has been awarded an engineering, procurement and
construction management contract by LANXESS Changzhou Co., Ltd. for a new ethylene propylene

diene monomer (EPDM) rubber plant. The new facility will be designed to produce 160,000 tonnes per
annum EPDM rubber.
11-15-12 4Q2012 E&C FEED Oil & Gas ALBERTA, CANADA: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group (Foster
Wheeler Canada Ltd.) and Three Streams Engineering Ltd. have been awarded the front-end
engineering design (FEED) for the proposed Cenovus Energy Inc. Telephone Lake SAGD (steam-
assisted gravity drainage) central processing facility phase A development. The project is expected to
have an initial production capacity of 90,000 barrels per day (bbls/d) over two phases and an estimated
project life of up to 40 years.

collaboration on two supercritical pulverized coal (PC) fired steam generators for the Buk-Pyeong
Power Plant project for STX Electric Power Co., Ltd. BHI, which is Foster Wheeler’s licensee for

utility PC technology in the region, will supply two 595 MWe (gross megawatt electric) supercritical
PC steam generators and other major equipment for the project, which is located in the province of
Gangwon-do, South Korea.

2Q2013 Oil & Gas CHINA: The E&C Group has been awarded a contract by The World Bank Group to provide
consulting services in the field of carbon capture and transportation in China. The World Bank has
launched an analytical and advisory assistance program in China in order to build the country’s
understanding of, and capacity for, application of carbon capture and storage (CCS).
The main
objective for Foster Wheeler under its contract is to strengthen the CCS and transportation know-how
of the China Power Investment Corporation (CPI), one of the largest power producers in China, and of
relevant government institutions.

2Q2014 Chemicals JUBAIL INDUSTRIAL CITY, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA: Subsidiaries of its Global
Engineering and Construction Group have been awarded an engineering and procurement contract by
Sardara Chemical Company (Sadara) for a packaging center at Jubail Industrial City in the Eastern
province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The packaging center will be part of a world-scale, fully
integrated chemicals complex that is being built by Sadara, a joint venture between Saudi Arabian Oil
Company (Saudi Aramco) and the Dow Chemical Company (Dow).
10-12-12 3Q2012 E&C EPCm 2014 Chemicals JURONG ISLAND, SINGAPORE: A subsidiary of its Global Engineering and Construction Group
has been awarded an engineering, procurement and construction management contract by LANXESS
Butyl Pte. Ltd. for a new neodymium polybutadiene (ND-PBR) rubber plant. This award follows
Foster Wheeler’s successful completion of the front-end engineering design for this project earlier in
2012. The new facility, which LANXESS states is expected to be the largest of its kind in the world,
will be designed to produce 140,000 tonnes per annum of Nd-PBR and will include process and
finishing buildings, a central control room, a substation and a tank farm.
10-1-12 3Q2012 Power Design 1Q2015 Power YEOSU, KOREA: A subsidiary of the Global Power Group has been awarded a contract by Doosan
Heavy Industries & Construction Co., Ltd. for cooperation in the design of a circulating fluidized-bed

(CFB) steam generator for the Yeosu Thermal Power Plant 1 Project for Korea South East Power Co.,
Ltd. (KOSEP). Foster Wheeler will provide the design review of the 350 MWe (gross megawatt
electric) CFB steam generator for Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction Co. Ltd., Foster Wheeler’s
licensee for Utility CFB technology in the region.
9-24-12 2Q2012 GPG Design and Supply Mid-2013 Power VERACRUZ, NEW MEXICO: A subsidiary of its Global Power Group has been awarded a contract
by SCS Proyectos, S.A.P.I. de C.V. for the design and supply of two heat recovery steam generators
(HRSGs) to be installed in a cogeneration power plant for TEREFTALATOS MEXICANOS S.A. TOP
1002 Cogeneration Project in Cosoleacaque. Foster Wheeler will design, supply and provide advisory

contract by Karnalyte Resources Inc. for the Wynyard Carnallite Project. The project involves the
construction of a facility which is expected to produce 625,000 tonnes of potash per year. As part of
this project, Foster Wheeler will coordinate with ERCOSPLAN Ingenieurgesellschaft Geotechnik und
Bergbau mbH (“ERCOSPLAN”) of Erfurt Germany which will provide engineering, cavern
development, mine plan, and commissioning for the solution mining of the project (under direct
contract to the client).

Refining BARINAS, VENEZUELA: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group, in
consortium with Hyundai Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. (HDEC), of South Korea has been
awarded a contract by Petroleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA) for Phase I (Hydroskimming section) of
the new Batalla Santa Ines Refinery. Foster Wheeler’s scope of work includes early detailed
engineering design and delivery of an open book estimate for the crude distillation unit, storage and
blending unit and fuel distribution plant.

VLISSINGEN, THE NETHERLANDS: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction
Group has been awarded a contract by Zeeland Refinery, N.V., a joint venture between Total and
LUKOIL, for engineering, procurement assistance and construction management assistance for the
upgrade of the distillate hydrocracker at the Zeeland Refinery. The objective of the project is to
maximize the throughput of the distillate hydrocracker by debottlenecking the unit’s reaction and
fractionation sections of the distillate hydrocracker.

9-5-12 3Q2012 E&C BEP Chemicals RAS LAFFAN, QATAR: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group has been
awarded a contract by Shell Global Solutions B.V. to develop a basic engineering package (BEP) for a
world-scale mono-ethylene glycol (MEG) facility. The MEG facility will be part of a new

petrochemicals complex in Ras Laffan Industrial City, being developed by a joint venture of Qatar
Petroleum and Shell.
9-4-12 3Q2012 Power Design and Supply 1Q2015 Power YEOSU CITY, SOUTH KOREA: A subsidiary of the Global Power Group has been awarded a
contract by Yeosu Cogeneration Corporation, a subsidiary of Hanwha Corporation, for the design and
supply of one circulating fluidized-bed (CFB) steam generator located in an industrial complex in
Yeosu City, South Korea. Foster Wheeler will design and supply the 60 MWe (gross megawatt
electric) CFB steam generator plus auxiliary equipment and provide site advisory services for the
project.

framework agreement with Apache Khalda Corporation for the provision of consultancy services.
Apache Kahlda, a subsidiary of Apache Corporation, is one of the leading liquid hydrocarbons and
natural gas producers in Egypt.

A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group
has been awarded a contract by Samsung C&T ECUK Ltd (Samsung), a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Samsung C&T Korea, to participate in a comprehensive update of the front-end engineering design
(FEED) developed previously by a third party for 2Co Energy Limited’s (2Co) Don Valley Power
Project. Foster Wheeler will undertake the majority of the process engineering, process integration and
FEED update work for inside the battery limits and will manage the process licensors’ technical scope

for the gasification and acid removal units.

Construction Group has been awarded a contract by Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras) for a world-
scale grassroots gas-to-chemicals complex. Foster Wheeler will provide basic engineering (BED),
front-end engineering design (FEED), and technical assistance and training during the engineering,
procurement and construction (EPC) phase through to successful completion of the plant performances.

3Q2013 Oil & Gas MAP TA PHUT, THAILAND: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group has
been awarded a contract by Samsung Engineering Co. Ltd. for a waste heat recovery unit for PTT
Public Company Limited’s Power Generation and Heavy Recovery Project. Foster Wheeler will
design, engineer and supply the waste heat recovery unit, including selective catalytic reduction system
and other associated equipment.
7-19-12 3Q2012 E&C EPCm 2016 Refining VENEZUELA: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group has signed a contract
with PDVSA Petroleo S.A. for the engineering, procurement services and construction management
(EPCm) for the El Palito Refinery Expansion Project. Foster Wheeler will execute the project in
consortium with Toyo Engineering Corporation from Japan and Y & V Ingenenieria y Construccion.
The expansion is intended to double the refinery’s capacity to 280,000 BPSD, processing heavy and
extra-heavy crudes from the Orinoco Belt, and increasing production of clean fuels.
7-16-12 2Q2012 E&C EPCm 1Q2013 Pharma TEESSIDE, UNITED KINGDOM: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group
has been awarded a contract by EPAX Pharma UK Limited, the UK subsidiary of Trygg Pharma AS,
based in Norway, for the provision of engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm)
services to convert part of the former Lundbeck pharmaceutical plant at Seal Sands, Teesside, UK, to
process fish oil to produce an Omega-3 active pharmaceutical ingredient.

ASIA: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group has signed an Asian Enterprise
Framework Agreement (EFA) with Shell Global Solutions International B.V. (“Shell”). Foster Wheeler

The agreement is for a five-year period, with an option to extend for another five years.

been awarded a contract by Abu Dhabi National Chemicals Company (ChemaWEyaat) for the
provision of a project management consultancy (PMC) services for an aromatics complex (Stage 1 of
the Tacaamol Project) and the supporting infrastructure. The aromatics complex is planned to convert
almost three millio
n tons per year of heavy and medium naphtha, supplied via pipeline from the Takreer
Ruwais Refinery, into paraxylene, mixed xylenes and benzene. Foster Wheeler will, for the aromatics
complex and infrastructure, provide PMC service for the front-end design (FEED) phase. The contract
also includes an option for Foster Wheeler to provide PMC services for the engineering, procurement
and construction phase.
4-27-12 4Q2011 E&C Owner’s engineer Oil & Gas HACKBERRY, LOUISIANA: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group has
been awarded an owner’s engineer contract for a new LNG liquefaction project by Cameron LNG LLC,
an affiliate of Sempra Energy, planned to export up to 12 million tons per annum of LNG. Foster
Wheeler’s scope of work includes technical assistance for project development, the execution of front-

end engineering to support permit applications to the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission,
development of technical specifications and invitation to bid packages for engineering, procurement
and construction activities, and technical reviews.

E&C EPCm July 2013 Refining ANTWERP, BELGIUM: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group has been
awarded an engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) services contract by
TOTAL Raffinage-Chimie for the revamp of a hydrodesulfurization unit at TOTAL’s refinery. The
revamp of the hydrodesulfurization unit should enable the refinery to produce jet fuel with sulfur
content below
30 parts per million (ppm), and diesel with a sulfur content below 10 ppm, in accordance
with European Union requirements.

materials, agrosciences and plastics.
3-27-12 1Q2012 E&C PMC 2014 Refining JAVA, INDONESIA: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group has been
awarded a contract by PT Pertamina (Persero) (“Pertamina”), the national oil company of the Republic
of Indonesia, to provide project management consultancy services for the Residue Fluid Catalytic
Cracker Project at the Cilacap Refinery. Foster Wheeler will manage the engineering, procurement and
construction contractor on behalf of Pertamina.

Sept. 2012 Oil & Gas SAN PEDRO DE MARCORIS, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC: A subsidiary of the Global
Engineering and Construction Group has been awarded the basic design and front-end engineering
design contract by Complejo GNL del Este, a Consortium formed by Dominican and Colombian
companies that participate in the energy sector of these countries, for a new LNG receiving terminal
and jetty. Foster Wheeler previously completed a feasibility study for the selection of the most suitable
technology for the new terminal, which will be designed for a send-out capacity of 240 million standard
cubic feet per day, with an LNG storage tank of 160,000 cubic meters.

will be part of a new crude distillation unit being built as part of the modernization of the Antipinsky
refinery.

2-28-12 4Q2011 E&C Supply 1Q2013 Refining NIZHNY, NOVGOROD, RUSSIA: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and Construction Group
has been awarded a contract by a subsidiary of JSC LUKOIL for the supply of a waste heat boiler. The
waste heat boiler will be installed downstream of a fluid catalytic cracking unit, enabling the production
of gasoline that is intended to meet European Union Euro-5 standards. A similar unit has been in
operation since 2010 to Lukoil’s full satisfaction.

May 2012 Pharma JEDDAH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering and
Construction Group has been awarded a conceptual and basic design contract by SAJA Pharmaceuticals
for the expansion of a manufacturing facility. Foster Wheeler will provide conceptual and basic design
services for a new research and development building, which will be designed to manufacture small
production lots for launching new products on the market, a new oral solid dosing manufacturing and
packing facility, a warehouse, quality control laboratories and an administrative building.
2-14-12 1Q2012 Power Design, supply 2Q2014 Power SWEDEN: A subsidiary of the Global Power Group awarded a contract by Lunds Energi, a
municipality-owned energy supplier in the Southern region of Sweden, for the design, supply and
erection of a 35 MWe (gross megawatt electric) biomass-fired circulating fluidized-bed (CFB) boiler
island. Foster Wheeler will design and supply the steam generator and auxiliary equipment, and will
carry out the erection and commissioning of the boiler island. The steam generator will be designed to
burn 100% bio fuel with up to 50% demolition wood. Lunds Energi is building the new combined heat
and power plant to replace existing old equipment operating on fossil fuels.
2-13-12 4Q2011 E&C EPCm 2015 Chemicals JUBAIL INDUSTRIAL CITY, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA: Subsidiaries of the Global
Engineering and Construction Group have been awarded an engineering, procurement and construction
management contract by ARAMCO Overseas Company B.V. (AOC), a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco,
and by Dow Europe Holding B.V. (Dow) for propylene oxide (PO) unit. The unit will be a part of a
world-wide scale, fully integrated chemicals complex, one of the largest of its kind in the world, which
will be constructed, owned and operated by Sadara Chemical Company (Sadara), a joint venture
between Saudi Aramco and Dow. This contract was awarded as an extension to the front-end
engineering design (FEED) contract awarded to Foster Wheeler by AOC and Dow in 2008.

SOUTH TIMBALIER 283, GULF OF MEXICO: Foster Wheeler Upstream, part of its Global
Engineering and Construction group, has been awarded a contract by Discovery Gas Transmission,
LLC to provide design, engineering and technical services for a junction platform, facilities and
associated pipelines with the Discovery System at South Timabalier 283. The platform located in
approximately 350 feet of water, will be a four-pile structure with a two-level deck. It will be designed
as an unmanned structure with a control system design to shut down the facility in the event of an upset
condition.
1-31-12 4Q2011 E&C Feasibility Study Mid-2012 Refining BALLSH & FIER, ALBANIA: A subsidiary of the Global Engineering & Construction Group has
been awarded a feasibility study by Albanian Refining & Marketing of Oil sh.a. (ARMO) relating to the
modernization of two refineries. ARMO intends to modernize the existing refineries to restore
production to the original design capacity and produce transportation fuels in line with European Union
regulations.

Construction Group has been awarded a project management consultancy contract by 2Co Power
(Yorkshire) Limited (2Co) for the Don Valley Power Project. The project is part of a carbon capture,
utilization and storage scheme (CCS) being developed by 2Co, comprising a 900 MW installed capacity
(650 MW net export capacity) integrated coal gasification combined cycle (IGCC) power plant, CO
2

transportation, and storage combined with enhanced oil recovery (EOR). The plant will be designed to
capture, as CO

2
, some 90 percent of the carbon in the fossil fuel.

Oil & Gas TAMIL, NADU, INDIA: A subsidiary of its India subsidiary, Foster Wheeler India Private Limited,
part of its Global Engineering and Construction Group, has been awarded a contract for a new LNG
receiving terminal. The contract was awarded by India’s national oil company, Indian Oil Corporation
Limited (IOCL).
1-18-12 1Q2012 Power Design & Supply 4Q2013 Power YANGZHOU JIANGSU PROVINCE, CHINA: A subsidiary of the Global Power Group has been
awarded a contract by Yuen Foong Fu Paper Mfg. (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd. for the design and supply of
one circulating fludized-bed (CFB) steam generator for captive use at its industrial paper complex.
Foster Wheeler will design and supply the 50 MWe (gross megawatt electric) CFB steam generator plus
auxiliary equipment and provide site advisory services for the project.

BATAAN, PHILIPPINES: A subsidiary of the Engineering & Construction Group has been awarded
a contract by Petron Corporation for the Petron Refinery Master Plant-2 Project. Foster Wheeler will
execute detailed engineering and procurement services for the delayed coker unit (DCU), including the
engineering and material supply of two double-fired Terrace Wall
TM
coker heaters. The DCU will have
a design capacity of 37,500 barrels per stream day and is a key part of this significant refinery upgrade.
1-5-12 4Q2011 Power Design & Supply Mid-2013 Power BUDAPEST, HUNGARY: A subsidiary of the Global Power Group has been given a limited notice
to proceed (LNTP) by GS Engineering and Construction for the design and supply of two heat recovery
steam generators (HRSGs) to Técnicas Reunidas, S.A. (TRSA). The HRSGs will be installed in a
combined cycle power plant that TRSA will build near Budapest, Hungary. Foster Wheeler will design,
supply and provide advisory services for erection and start-up of two HRSGs, which will be coupled to
two Siemens combustion turbines model SGT5-4000F, with a total installed capacity of 860 MWe

(gross megawatt electric).
1-3-12 4Q2011 Power Design & Supply 2Q2015 Power MONG DUONG, VIETNAM: A subsidiary of the Global Power Group has been awarded a contract
by Hyundai Engineering and Construction for the design and supply of 4 x 250 MWe (net megawatt
